Review of 'PACIFIC HOME Renovation Inc'
I wanted to provide my review of PACIFIC HOME Renovation regarding the many projects performed over the last month and a half on my home in Oxnard, CA. I give the highest ratings to Isaac A and Steve Lufan, the project managers, who led me through the renovations needed. The work performed and all of the men performing the work were excellent!
My initial project was to paint the outside of my house and the detached garage. As we began, other required projects were identified and performed. A new garage flat roof was needed because of severe leaking. The need for a plumbing project to replace the house drain and main line was identified, due to leaking and the potential of breaking of the lines. Mold was identified in the garage and beneath the bathroom. A mold remediation project was performed. The garage was completely cleared out, vents installed, completely painted inside, including walls, ceiling, and garage floor. A partial re-do of the bathroom was performed, including new flooring, new pedestal sink, and expert painting.
The painting of the outside of the house and garage was performed to my greatest satisfaction. The preparation of the walls, porch flooring, and all repairs were done. The original colors that I selected were matched perfectly.
I would highly recommend working with PACIFIC HOME Renovation Inc, and with their Project Managers, Steve Lufan and Isaac A. Their communication skills, project management skills, and the skilled workers that they provided were EXCELLENT.

We reached out pacific home renovation in order to change our stairway ,our railing and our flooring.
Ive never met such a professional company and thats after receiving 3 different quotes from 3 different companies.
Pacific home renovations were thorough and fast,
They managed to finish the job before the deadline.
The value of the amount paid comparing to the work we received was amazing and relaxing.
They left the working space clean and shiny.
I can say pacific home renovations is the company to go to with every aspect of home renovations and construction.
They are licensed ,insured and bonded and proved us every paper that we needed.

I highly recommend Pacific Home to anyone who needs to upgrade or renovate their home. They're professional, listen to the customer's needs, work within your budget, and have a lot of patience.
I originally hired them in August 2022, but due to problems with my previous contractor, I had to wait until July 2023 for them to start.
They patiently waited with me. Once I gave them the go-ahead to start, they went to work and finished my kitchen in a very timely manner. The materials they use are very well made. They reinstalled my sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove perfectly.
Again, they are excellent contractors for any work you need.

Isaac gives the most expensive prices. He lists all the things that he says he will do but he doesn't do most of it. You will be charged for work that is not done. He also claims to be a construction worker, he is only a salesman who is trying to get the most money. He doesn't do any of the work. Charges will be made before the work is completed. The work is not quality and he uses materials from several different jobs. He makes up information. From the minute he walked into my home, he was lying. The company also doesn't return calls or take your concerns seriously. It has been over a month. If you have issues contact the Better Business Bureau.

I have worked with Issac and Uri on many projects, including replacing rotting/termite infested wood and fumigation, installing a drainage system, replacing windows and repairing/replacing exterior stucco, painting, mold remediation, plumbing upgrades and kitchen and utility room remodeling. Over the years I have worked with many contractors and these two are, hands down, the best. Easy to get along with and pleasant to work with, responsive, polite and professional. I highly recommend Pacific Home Renovation.

What an amazing job done by the Pacific home renovation team! I just recently had my bathroom re-painted as well as a few other sections in the house.They were extremely responsive, thorough and very knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish.

The job was done quickly and efficiently with all of the painting materials and supplies that I wanted from the beginning. The Material came at a lower cost than other vendors in the area and the knowledge that the team had helps me decide between the different options will definitely work with them in the near term future!
