James was my project manager and was very good and followed up promptly with any questions or concerns. The overall process was good but not great. Salesman ""missed"" things in the quote that were later ironed out and included but it took some small pushback from me, and I am not sure every customer would have done the same.

Work took a little longer than promised but the guys were generally good and kept the area around their work clean and picked up. Siding crew was very good and the walk through after their work required just a minor touch up or two. The paint crew was not as good, and they had to come back twice to finish the work as discussed.

The key is having a good project manager, and I was fortunate with James. He stayed on top of things, responded within 24 hours and had both crews come back to finish the work properly. He even noticed things I would have missed.

We did choose the interest free financing, and it has been a little confusing to understand their billing and statements though a call did clear that up. I would recommend Pacific, but I would make sure you are diligent about the quote process and make sure you establish a good relationship with the project manager.

Attentive project manager and competent crew did a professional job replacing our 45-year-old siding. They worked with us on glitches that came up due to the age of the house. The job took longer than projected because of weather and age of house presenting hidden problems, but Pacific Exteriors went above what was contracted for in doing the job right.

Outrageous pricing. Got over quoted siding about 20K. Guy was nice but with today's economy no one can afford.
