Where can I buy a sixth star for this company? Choosing Pacific Crest Roofing
was the very best decision I have ever made. Jay Gioia was the best! He helped me navigate through what is always a very dauting experience...Replacing a roof. Not only was his crew professional, but they worked literally every day. Always pleasant and approached the job the same
way from day one to completion, ""Professional Commitment"". What was so
important to me, was the fact that Jay or the crew, never moved forward without explaining everything that was being done and always with my approval. There were zero surprises and the price was more than competitive. This is a no-brainer people... Pacific Crest Roofing has the best reputation for one reason...They are the best!

Purchased a house a month ago. During inspection, the inspector noted the chimney flashing on the roof should be checked. Seemed like a recommendation, more than a warning. Well during the last rainstorm, I noticed water coming down the drywall INSIDE my master bedroom, next to the chimney.

Through some digging, found a permit application for a new roof that was installed on the house in 2017, from Pacific Crest Roofing. I noticed the 5 star reviews here and gave Jay a call. He said he would be out to take a look the following day.

Jay showed up on time with one of his roofers. They determined the flashing had been damaged somehow. I was just looking for a quote on getting the flashing replaced. Jay said the warranty wasn't transferred with the sale, so the work isn't technically covered, but that he would take care of it for us on Monday. This was my first time meeting Jay. He had done the whole roof for the previous homeowner and the damage to the flashing was not related to the roof work he had done. He had ZERO obligation to perform the repairs I needed, yet he had his roofers out the next business day and they had the flashing repaired in less than an hour.

Jay referred a drywall guy - Drywall by Mark in Laguna Niguel (just as nice as Jay). Mark came by in less than 24 hours, said it would take an hour to fix, and was done, cleaned, and gone in 45 mins.

Based on customer service alone, I cannot recommend Pacific Crest Roofing enough! If you need a roofer, this is the company to use. There is a reason they have 5 stars.

If I could I would give Jay and his team more than 5 stars. We recently had the need to replace our roof. The roof is approximately 5000 square feet. We were replacing an old cement tile roof with a composite roof that required an OSB foundation be added. Jay and Helio came to our home and discussed how they would approach the project. They were friendly, professional and patient. Their prices were very fair. They were very responsive in their communications. They delivered the project within budget and on time. It has been a real pleasure working with Pacific Crest roofing.

I use Yelp to decide who to do business with and I don't think I've ever written a review. Back in Feb it rained a couple of times and our house had no gutters which caused mud to accumulate on the concrete path leading up to our front door. We called a gutter company to install gutters around the whole house and they informed us we should get the roof looked at. We chose Pacific Crest because of their Yelp reviews and proximity to our house. I was not disappointed. Jay has been so responsive. We got the quote and it was very reasonable. They were quick, clean and did a great job. But what impresses me the most is Jay's customer service. Here we are a couple of months after the work was complete and Jay was quick to get back to me on some questions I had. We have had no problems with the repairs. Thank you Jay! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

After a diligent search and multiple quotes we chose Pacific Crest to replace our old asphalt shingles with beautiful concrete tiles late last year. I highly recommend Jay Gioia and crew based on their honesty, professionalism and overall value and quality of work. Their patience in guiding us through choosing the right roofing materials for us, helping with our HOA for approval, and dealing with supply chain challenges during the height of the COVID lockdown was unwavering. The best compliment I can think to give him is that I didn't know him before we selected him for our job but I consider him a friend now.

Pacific Crest Roofing and its owner Jay G are professional, efficient, and reliable.

They heard our concerns and answered all our questions before and after the project started. Jay also provided several quotes - for the full reroof and for a partial repair where leaks were taking place. They were very accommodating when we had to reschedule the project several times. They also took care of several details on our roof, including our sky lights and repairing our fascia.

We had to replace the underlayment for our entire home, repair plywood, and relay our Spanish tiles. The crew came every morning on time, cleaned up every day, and did it all with remarkable friendliness. A big plus for Pacific Crest: direct attention from the owner of the company, Jay himself!

Jay and his team are first rate. Initially, when I called around it was difficult to find a roofing company who was willing to come out and provide an estimate to repair our roof. The other companies I contacted either did not service our area, were too busy or did not want to repair a roof that was covered with composite shingles. I had a small leak around my skylight (Laguna Hills). I had trouble getting other roofers to come out, since it wasn't a very big job. I called Pacific Crest and Jay came right out. He gave me a great price to replace the flashing and to clear out the dryer vent (which I didn't even notice was totally clogged). The guys did the work today, left everything clean. Call Jay!

From the very beginning, I was impressed with Pacific Crest roofing. Jay came out to look at my roof, discussed options, explained the process and provided a very fair estimate. His team did a tile reset for me with all new underlayment, mortar, drip edges (basically the whole 9 yards). They also power washed my roof to give it a face lift.
