We highly recommend Pacific Coast Roofing. They replaced our neighbors roof and we were impressed with the quality of their work. So when it came time to replace our roof we reached out to Brian. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Brian did a great job of explaining the process, answering all our questions and helping us choose the color for the new roof. In the end the PCR team did a great job replacing our old roof, gutters and downspouts. The entire process from estimate to final clean up was very smooth and the work on the house was completed in two days. The crew did a great job communicating with us on all aspects of the project including aesthetic details such as changing the position of a downspout on the front porch and matching the flashing color to the brick color of our chimney. Super happy with our new roof.

PCRS did an awesome job replacing the roof of my parents house. The roof had been neglected for a long time, and Brian and his team did an amazing job revitalizing it to a new life! Brian is a real master planner & scheduler and the repair / roofing process was executed flawlessly. In addition to his excellent communication, Brian was fair, up front, and transparent on the project costs, so there was zero surprise to us. We are very satisfied. This roof will last a very long time!

No joking. From the mega list of their clients , Gov Gavin Newsom should issue a proclamation to Pacific Coast Roof for their significant contributions to the beautification of California (of course, positive energy/environmental impact too!).

I recommend PCRS highly. I won't be surprise if Brian and his team soon to cover the entire Pacific coast roof business as his company name implies.

I originally contacted Pacific Coast Roofing in 2020 to have my roof done; then covid hit and we couldn't proceed. When I got back in touch in 2023, Brian applied my 3 year old deposit to the new job even though he didn't have to. He provided many sample properties for me to view before settling on the roof tile I wanted, he gave me time to arrange the work around my tenant's schedule. When they came to do the work they were professional, quick, clean, courteous; the whole job was done it two days. They offered suggestions for drainage to help keep water away from the foundation. I had more dry rot than expected but they handled it without question. It feels good to know the roof is done and that I don't need to worry about that issue for many many years. Highly recommended.

I don't generally go for the cheapest price after obtaining a few quotes for a new roof. I carefully reviewed Pacific Coast's proposal and was very pleased that they don't cut corners to do a quick job, rather, they want to do an efficient job where their customers are left happy, without dry rot left or leaks that could have been easily covered up under shingles. Brian's crew arrived on time, were efficiently working and cleaned up very well. I was super impressed with the level of communication with Brian. He explained everything carefully and took the time to make sure everyone involved knew the timeline for coordination of solar stanchions. His emails are clear and concise along with the itemized work to be done. I got all new vents, flashings and gutters that are seamless. I highly recommend Pacific Coast to anyone needing a new roof - they are amazing!

These folks did a great job on our roof last year. We went with them because reviews were great AND they asked a bit less than any of the other companies that gave us quotes. I'm so glad of that! They were friendly, responsive, and accommodating of our schedules, they installed a sun tunnel that absolutely transformed our formerly dark and windowless hallway, and the quality of their work was borne out during this unprecedentedly rainy season: we had zero leaks and our yard did NOT become a churning mass of mud. The roof also looks great: so random neighbors stopped to tell me in the weeks after it was installed! A happy experience all around.

Hum, where to start . . I was in need of a re-roof, Got one estimate from a Company out of Marysville that had canvassers drumming up Business They said they were the gold standard, I got an estimate while the estimator was here, It was quite high, I asked for a quote, He said he told me the pprice, I asked for a written quote, I asked if he could email me a quote, He said he didn't think he could to that. RED Flag!
I called Pacific Coast Roofing (PCR) and another well known local roofing contractor. Both companies came out an gave me written quotes. Their prices were similar, But PCR's quote was laid out very efficiently and with upgrades if requested. Brian the owner communicated very well. They have a excellent rep A+ @ the BBB. And even here on Yelp they have great reviews. I went with PCR. The crew were efficient, Did the job in one day, including new gutters. They Cleaned up after them selves very good. I had one problem with one of the roof vents. I had a Bathroom fan roof vent installed that had a bug screen and a draft flapper incorporated in it, they removed that one and installed a Flue vent Roof jack (Open, NO screen, No damper). They did not like the one I had installed as it had a narrow flange, and prefered the one they installed because the flange was at least 4 inches all the way around. I had installed the Bath vent 10 years prior, and had asked if they noticed any leakage when they stripped the roof, No there was none, I had a second Bathroom Damper vent cap and asked if they could remove theirs and install the correct Bathroom damper, which Brian did send his Lead out to swap the two vents.
Brian, Johnney, Gary and the crew were very accommodating, and while it has NOT rained since getting my new roof, I do NOT expect to have any problems come the winter.
They did a great job. Two thumbs up!

They did a great job, were very professional, fixed the wood rot they found, thoughtfully made changes to the design of ensuring rain water stayed away from corners or areas where might flow, replaced my existing gutters and improved the water flow with the new gutters and finally left the area clean of any roofing materials.

Pacific Coast Roofing recently replaced our old wood shingles and did a phenomenal job. Brian and Johnny were both very responsive and even did a temporary patch on my roof for me during the atmospheric rivers until the new roof was installed! The whole crew was great and did the job quickly and efficiently. My new roof looks amazing and I couldn't be happier!
