In this market good contractors seem to be scarce. After reading the other yelp reviews, BBB complaints (0), and seeing his license was current I decided to put down my deposit.

He seemed to have all the answers to my moderately complicated roof. One negative was that he offers only a 5 year warranty which is less than his other competitors. I expressed some concerns about the prior installation (not done by him) and he assured me that his installation will have no shortcuts.

I'm glad I went with them. Had a crew of about 8-9 people finish the job in 2 days. Replaced all the faulty flashing from the original roof and took care of my other concerns. Brian emailed pics and updates throughout. The co-owner Pete was always on site keeping a watchful eye.

Brian from Pacific Coast Roofing is awesome! This past rain season, brought a couple leaks into my garage. I contacted him, and he was honest about his busy schedule. He recommended another roofing company, in order to get my issues resolved quickly.

I was having difficulty getting in contact with the referred, and emailed Brian back. He apologized, and offered to come out within a couple days. Within those couple days, the referred roofing company, finally came out and did the repairs flawlessly.

Although Brian did not do the repairs, I greatly appreciated his concern and coordination in getting my leaks fixed. He is responsive, honest, and customer-focused; which are ESSENTIAL in finding a partner in home services.

We need a roof replaced outside of PCR's area. Brian went over and above to help me find a quality roofer in our area. He explained the differences in roofing types and qualities. He sent a link that further explained. He offered to look over any roofer estimates I get. All this for the sake of being helpful and kind. If you're in need of a new roof, give Brian a call. I originally started dealing with Brian back in May of last year when we were in the process of buying our house. We made few tentative appointments that had to be postponed due to the delay in the closing date. By the time we closed, Brian was busy and booked sold. To our dismay, our insurance policy was revoked in July due to the bad roof condition. We panicked, and ran to Brian for a quick fix. He came through, and fitted us in within a week. He did a fast great job using at least 15 workers at the same time. He finished the job in a day. Both roof inspections passed with no problem. So far that was a good job. Now comes the exceptional job. Two months ago, we hired a company to redo our pest control report. They came up with two small problems in two of the rafters. We called Brian, within 2 days, he replied and asked for the report. One day after the report was emailed to him, he sent his guy who not only fixed the two minor problems for free, but painted the areas he worked on too.

Of course this is no news to anybody judging from the reviews before.
Soooo glad I dealt with Brian who also gave me the lowest bid at the same time!!!

He was too booked at the time I contacted him, but offered to look over an estimate of a competitor and gave feedback. All for free. I highly recommend dealing with Pacific Coast Roofing!

Very professional service; good, clear communication; good follow-up. They replaced the flat roof on top of our small apartment building in 3-4 days. They did a very good job prepping, and cleaning up. They also did a few things for me that were not in the original scope, including removing the satellite dishes (with 3rd party), and resealing the area behind the downspouts. I bought a house in Richmond; my first home. It needed a new roof. I called Pacific Coast Roofing and spoke to Brian, who basically held my hand throughout this entire process. The communication alone deserves 5 stars. It did take a while for them to come by and do the roof, but it was well worth the wait. The process was easy from start to finish. They did an amazing job. I had them return to replace a large overhang at the back of the house, and they were able to fit me into their very busy schedule and I really am just so appreciative of their willingness to help me out. Their prices, I think, are fair and given the workmanship and, as I mentioned earlier, the communication, which is so important to me, given that this is my first home. Thank you Brian, and thank you Marco!!! Use them! They are worth every penny!!!

Pacific Coast Roofing inspected and repaired 3 roofs for us. They noted several repair needs which we were anxious to get fixed before the heavy (hopefully) rains. Brian was able to fit us in between other projects. Much appreciated.
