I had my roof done on 8/1/19. They refused to fix a Leak right after roof maintenance was completed. I had my roof done a year ago. They refused to fix the Leak right after roof maintenance was completed. They tried to say that this Leak was not their responsibility. There remedy was for me to pay $1200 in addition to the $1201 we already paid. I would recommend not hire this company for any reason. They sent over the manager to use his experience to deflect any responsibility. He definitely learned how not fix a problem without expense to his company. He manipulated every reply I presented. Buyer beware.

Horrible service, do NOT use this company. Had a reroof done, left over 100 screws loose in my yard, damaged my siding and boat, installed shingles improperly and had to be redone TWICE, shingles did not get installed for 2 months after underlayment installed. Their excuse for the horrible service is it's hard to find good help any more. 1 Star is too good for this company

So far my experience with Pace has been outstanding! They have permits and should be scheduling soon. Their professionalism has been unmatched. Linda in the office is amazing! I recommend them to everyone I know. I will update as the project moves forward.

We are so pleased with the professional service provided by Pace Roofing. Everyone was so pleasant and extremely helpful in the office and the roofers were just as great! The job was done beyond my expectations, they had everything finished including all the permits/inspections were done in just a few days, unlike other roofing companies I see leave home owners with their roofs not finished for months. Pace Roofing also gave me the best price out of all the other quotes we received. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful!! We will be referring them to our friends and family!
