Completely Sketchy. A salesperson showed up at my home telling my mother I had set up an appointment with them and were insistent on accessing our house. They had my first and last name and obviously my address, mind you I'm not even the homeowner. I have never heard of this company EVER and would not trust someone who shows up out of nowhere trying to gain access to my house when I'm not there, clearly lying. DO NOT TRUST

Perfect service. I had Pace install solar on my roof, I couldn't be happier. We had a complex project (roof shape, sizing etc), but their service and follow through was far above what I've experienced with other remodeling services in the past. For example, the contractor installed the panels in a way that the rain runoff from the roof caused problems as the panels covered the gutters, this to leave enough room at the top to comply with code. Pace came back, found a creative solution, fixed it within a day, and everything is running smoothly ever since. Pricing is better than what you'd get from the large Solar installers/financiers, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Pace again.
