What a great job this gentleman and his crew did. He got to my job within a few days, his price was fair. I will definitely use him again!
I had to have an old skylight removed. He pulled it out and took great care to make sure my roof was completely sealed. He torch down several layers.

Our roof started leaking as soon as the atmospheric river hit - a small bubble on the ceiling turned into an active drip through the ceiling. I called a few roofers I've worked with in the past just hoping someone could come out and tarp to get us through the next couple weeks of rain. But being New Year's Eve and a Saturday afternoon, I got a lot of no's until I called Pablo Restoration Roofing. They were willing to come out the same day, they did a thorough check of the roof, found the likely source of the leak and came out ON NEW YEAR'S DAY to repair and do some much-needed maintenance. They used high quality materials, explained all their methods and took detailed pictures so we could see everything clearly (before and after). Now, instead of a tarp I have new flanges on the vent pipes, clean gutters and some confidence that we won't have any more surprises this rainy season. The rate was reasonable, as well -- no emergency pricing.
