Alex E.This contractor, Phillip Salazar, agreed to replace some windows at our site per the contract agreement. After he was paid for materials and some labor, he came out the first day and installed less than half of the windows. Then he abandoned the job and blocked all our calls. I have not seen him or heard from him since he abandoned the site months ago. Also, the windows he did install will need to be removed & replaced because he installed vertical windows in horizontal openings and these windows are all ready leaking. He will not get away with this but I warn people not to trust this guy.
