Their quote did not include the total roofing replacement costs. I would had an incomplete effort once they were done.

Just used Oviedo Roofing for a new roof. I highly recommend them. The price was competitive and the communication was above average. They were very professional throughout the entire project. They were prompt every morning with a supervisor checking on everything daily. They cleaned up all throughout the day and extra before they left for the day. It was a great experience and our roof looks amazing. Shout out to Walker who watched over the job and continued to make sure we were happy.

Oviedo Roofing replaced our roof due to hail damage. Their price was competitive and their communication during the bid process and through the installation and punchlist resolution was excellent. The work started when promised and was completed on schedule. I have recommended Oviedo Roofing to friends and co-workers.

I picked this roofing company as they are licensed and insured. I had new roofs installed by these jokers, the workers put 492 nails into finished beautiful tongue and groove ceiling in my 1,200 sq ft Florida room. I notified them and they came inside and hammered the nails out (leaving 53 still in the ceiling) and did even more damage while doing so by gouging holes and scraping the wood with their tools. They stood on furniture, (no ladder brought inside) and had total disregard of furnishings damaging and breaking several objects. Salesman Jim Strzalko feels no responsibility after neglecting to tell workers the type of ceiling before this occurred. Nor did Jim tell them that I had eaves w/o soffits typical of homes built in the 1960's (guess roofers don't look up) thus 200+ nails are poking through the eaves. The shed had new roof installed as well, roofers replaced some 1/2"" plywood and then placed 2""nails thus leaving nails poking into the shed, brilliant! Estimate to repair the room ceiling ALONE is $7,359.00. Owner Patrick Scott refuses to call or come see damage done and best offer, albeit I should NOT have to negotiate having ZERO fault in this huge error, is $2,000 off my invoice. Why doesn't Patrick Scott use his insurance to fix this as this is why he carries insurance in the first place. All this professing to be Christians! I am elderly and disabled on top of everything else. These folks are criminals in my opinion. If Patrick Scott and/or Jim Strzalko do the right thing I will amend this review.

Shortly before Hurricane Irma came through I contacted Oviedo Roofing to see if they could replace my two skylights. Randy came to my house and quoted me $1200. I wanted to proceed with the replacement, but a contract was never sent to me despite email confirmation that it would be forthcoming.

At the beginning of February, I again contacted Oviedo Roofing to replace my skylights. This time I was quoted $2400 for the job. Randy's explanation for the price being doubled was due to demand from Hurricane Irma and the increased cost in supplies. I needed them replaced ASAP so I went ahead and signed the contract.

I explained to them that I was currently going through a refinance and my mortgage company needed documentation that the roof was not leaking. On the repair estimate, they confirmed that the roof was not leaking, but that the skylights needed to be replaced. They supposedly did water testing while they were on my roof and proceeded to charge me $260. I was told that once the skylights were replaced, they would be able to provide me with the requested documentation for my refinance. They came and replaced with skylights. I have no qualms about the repair or the guys that came out to the house. However, now they will not provide any certification to me that the roof/skylights are not leaking. They're telling me that the statement they made on the repair estimate was all they would do, stating ""[t]his is the extent that we can do for you without assuming liability for the roof."" Now I get to spend another $125 on a roofing certification. My advice is take to your business elsewhere as I certainly will not be using them again in the future.

I replaced my entire roof just before hurricane Irma. Workers left openings about the size of a golf ball and the size of a finger allowing water intrusion in one area. I found these deficiencies by going up on the roof myself. I'm a 68 year old woman who has no business going up on a two story roof, but they ""didn't notice"" the holes. Another area leaked 15-20 gallons of water in Hurricane Irma. They can't find the leak so they state, ""it was unusual circumstances and it is not leaking"". This company does not return phone calls nor do they have pride in their work. I spent $25,000 on a premium shingle and they have been sloppy in their management, sloppy in their installation, and are satisfied with saying it doesn't leak when they can't FIND the source. I would not even give them one star but couldn't leave a review without doing so.

I have used Oviedo Roofing on two different occasions. Randy gave me a long explanation about how my roof must be replaced and that they could no longer reroof the flat roof but instead would have to add on to my roof to continue the slope of the regular roof. I was quoted $15,000+. The first time Oviedo Roofing so called fixed my roof, they added some nails to my flat roof in order to make it leak so I would feel the need to replace the entire roof. I have only had leaks from a skylight until Oviedo roofing got their hands on it. I called and sent text to Randy and never received a response. They suggested removing the skylight so I did. They did not complete the job and now my family room ceiling looks horrible. Also after they conveintly put nails in my flat roof and made it leak, it also ruined my wooden french doors. I called Randy to complain about the leak that I knew should have never happened and he quickly said i will be right over to fix the holes. He knew exactly what the problem was because he created it. The hurricane winds blew off the shingles from the ridge because they were not secured properly. I would not recommend Oviedo roofing ever. I am ashamed of Randy and disappointed in his treatment of people.

About 3-4 years ago I contracted with Oviedo roofing to replace my roof. Two things have happened that triggered this poor rating.
During a day with high but not extraordinary winds, a whole section of ridge cap on my new roof just blew off. In order to keep the inside of the house dry, I gathered up the pieces and fixed the roof myself.
Secondly, after noticing my gutters being unlevel and not draining properly, I took a closer look. The gutters had been removed during roof replacement and replaced with shoddy workmanship, and in some cases gutter nails were missing. I called Gutter King to give me an estimate for professionally leveling the gutters. I was told $600 to level and $1000 to replace. I went with the latter since the price difference made sense to get brand new gutters. I was told by the gutter company that this kind of poor gutter reinstall after roofing is common.

I took pictures, called Oviedo roofing contact to explain, sent the photos to Oviedo roofing, and gave them an opportunity to make things right in some way. The Oviedo Roofing management team chose not resolve this since the roof was several years old.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share my experiences with others. Thanks.
