I reached out to Over the top roofing when we had a big hail storm here in Flower Mound last week. The hail was the biggest size that I have seen in my life. Kevin had his crew come in and do an inspection. Fortunately there was no damage and Kevin's team communicated that. Kevin( the owner) gave me a fair price for replacing my roof. It helped to know he was registered with the Better Business Bureau and his rating was a+. I had three roofing estimates and he was the middle one.
His company matched my original roof colour, replaced my gutters and did a excellent job of cleanup! I wasn't able to find a roofing nail, or a piece of roofing material along side of my home. I was happy with his roofing service(being at my home on the date agreed upon) and finishing my roof in two days.

Over the Top came out and put a new roof, gutters and fascia. After a year now. The roof leaks the gutters leak between the fascia and gutter. When they put on the shingles. The shingles didn't go past the gutters exposing the sub roofing. This company does not do their own work, they hire all subcontractors.

After last year's hailstorm, we had several people come out and do estimates on the house. We had narrowed it down to two companies, one being Over the Top Roofing.
After debating, we had decided to go with the other option but due to a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line, Over the Top came out and did the work. When we realized what had happened, we told them we wouldn't pay them because we hadn't given them permission to do the roof. Long story short, we ended up in court and somehow the planets aligned against our favor and we lost. We paid the settlement in full within the next two months. Today, a man came to the house and told us that he had done the roof and had not been paid and threatened to come take the roof down. I spoke to the owner of Over the Top Roofing and he said he had no control over who came to our house. He gave me the contact info to the man that came over and after speaking with him, I was informed that he was the subcontractor that had done the actual roof and he had not been paid by Kevin. I would strongly recommend against using this Over the Top Roofing company. They should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Kevin at Over the Top Roofing put on a new roof and did some siding repair work. I could not be happier. The actual price came in just under the original estimate. it was completed quickly and the crew was clean and courteous. The material was top of the line and my house now looks beautiful. BTW I received ventilation free of charge!
