Project was to put a flat roof on a pergola. Required removing multiple 2x4's and putting on the roof. I am very happy with the entire process, from estimate to completion. The crew worked in 98 degree days, in the midst of a relentless heat wave, and never waivered. Communication with the company was seamless. I received 5 estimates for this job, and though Over and Above wasn't the least expensive, they were the most impressive. In hindsight, I am glad I chose to work with them.

The technician Dustin arrived to give an estimate for our community's project. Then, he asked for 10% in order to begin any work. When the date came to begin work, no one showed up. I called them several times, and nobody answered. Residents cleared their schedules so that the technicians could enter their homes to check for roof leaks on day of repair. When they no-showed, residents were furious. Dustin ended up calling me back, only to say they would not honor the agreement anymore. And all of this is after scheduling repairs in advance and them not showing up. The owner even tried to point to the HOA for fault upon negative feedback. But the HOA was only asking for workers comp insurance info, which is required by law. And they still scheduled an appointment and flaked, even after we asked for this info. If you go on HomeCrowne Roofing's Yelp page (where Dustin is from), you will see that they didn't honor deals and no showed all the time with other customers too. Overall, not a good experience.

All around great service and quality workmanship. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and the price was fair. The coordination to get their crew out to work on our roof went smooth as can be. And the work itself was done completely and quickly. They also took care of permits and inspections. I couldn't be happier and will use them in the future!
