Alejandro is amazing in communication from start to finish! He would let me know every step of the way without the worry of not being there as an out of State Investor. Took almost 200 pictures, videos & send them all together again at the end. I'm glad I've chosen to replace over repairs as he suggested & I can see many spots had patches done by previous owners. Good communication with attentive detailed action play a big role especially dealing with businesses the very first time! Not only these, they went above & beyond my expectations by giving some personal touches. Thank you Alejandro & Erandi for helping the process of getting the city permit without further delay!

I contacted multiple companies for estimates on gutter cleaning and Outer Shield was reasonably priced compared to other companies, and did a great job. Friendly, fast, thorough. They even check for and clean up any debris in the valleys on the roof that could make it's way to the gutters. They take several pics to show their work from up top. They also pointed out some issues with our roof and gave me an on the spot estimate for repairs and photos of the issues. I highly recommend!

Alejandro and his brother did an amazing job. He was very thorough, organized, attentive, and careful. He explained the process in detail and provided pictures of everything that was fixed. We were expecting rain coming this weekend and he rearranged his schedule to come have it done the next day! He even offered to fix some of the roof tiles that slipped and made sure any replacements in the front of the house matches the rest of the home!

Alejandro and his brother thoroughly cleaned the debris and made sure no loose nails are left behind on the ground and grass. I have a dog. So, the thoughts in details like that explains a lot.

Price is fair and reasonable! He measured and visibly check to see what caused the leakage instead of throwing a crazy ballpark price out there without checking what is wrong with the roof.

I asked them to come out and find a leak that two other roofers couldn't seem to find. They spent a great deal of time searching and finally found the leak. They patched the leak to get us through the rest of the rainy season and we'll be scheduling with them to make permanent repairs next month.
