Outer shield really went above and beyond! I had a leak in the ceiling - outer shield investigated, and found evidence in the attic that the issue was pipes and not the roof. He even shared the pics with me. Very professional and honest, I would definitely recommend this company!

I asked them to come out and find a leak that two other roofers couldn't seem to find. They spent a great deal of time searching and finally found the leak. They patched the leak to get us through the rest of the rainy season and we'll be scheduling with them to make permanent repairs next month.

This roofing company is great. We were hesitant and cautious with who we would like to work on our home, even had about 5-6 different quotes. Outer shield was recently working in our neighborhood and I stopped by to ask for a business card,... Best decision ever!!! Alejandro was quick to answer questions I had about my roof conditions and gave me a ball park idea of what it would cost, which best for my budget. Outer Shield was VERY hard working, Alejandro was always on site and would be very detail orientated with roof conditions and upfront about cost. Erandi was always in contact with schedule (rainy days) and to advise of any changes with contract. We got our house 12 years ago, knowing that the roof was old but didn't think that it was damaged badly inside. Gladly we got Outer Shield Roofing recommended by one of my neighbor; and just one call, they came to estimate the cost. Thanks to Erandi and Alejandro, they got the city permit and start fixing within a month. Everything is solved quickly, I like the way they communicate, they even take pics and video to show me the process. The cost is reasonable too; even though, I added some extra fix, they were happy to negotiate the new price and re-write the contract. The whole house was replaced new shiplaps, applied new plywood and shingles within 3 days, that was amazing. I also like the way David took care of my patio as a outside job. And this is why you should choose Outer Shield Roofing, we had our roof replaced by them several months ago. Last week I noticed a couple of nails and some paint chipping on the second level bay window. Within 2 days the owner was back to fix the problem, he even painted the small chips! He even came back in the early evening to drape a tarp (?) or something to protect the roof/supplies from an impeding rain storm! He and his crew did a great job!
