Trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. They came out in a timely manner and repaired the leak in the roof. They were very thorough and examined the rest of the roof for additional damage. I am always skeptical because I feel some businesses charged based on location, but OTT's rates were reasonable. I suggest using OTT for your needs. I would definitely call on them again.
