Glad the former reviewer had a good experience! We did not.
Oswaldo gave us a quote to re-paint our kitchen and the outside of our house and to repair some concrete around our pool. He removed all the doors on the kitchen cabinets and then started sanding. Over the next several weeks he and a worker would show up for several hours some days and then not show.
He asked for a significant deposit for labor and supplies. The only supplies were a can of primer and a couple of cans of paint remover. When the sanding and priming were finished he abandoned the project... We had to hire others to finish the work.
Called once to say he was sorry and would refund the money in several days but that was the last we heard.... Hello Small Claims Court !
If you use him pay after all work is finished.

Osvaldo is unbelievably good at what he does and is very reasonable in his fees. He is super hard working and honest. He replaced the roof of our house in Fairfax and repaired and restored the roof on our house in Mill Valley and was great for both. I highly recommend him.
