Clowns!
Contacted them in January. Took a couple of weeks to get a quote to repair/seal flat roof (told them I had a leak so we concluded re-tar and sealing was necessary - and repair of a couple of shingles; they came out) and quoted me for $3,500. That was pretty much what the other companies had quoted me but I selected them as there were the only ones with reviews on here.
Then the nightmare started. They ghosted me for months; although I texted them 18 times (I counted, every couple of weeks pretty much to get the start date and let my tenants know). Finally I was able to get a hold of them last week; Oscar mentioned he didnt have the measurement for the roof anymore and promised to come the same day. I then drove to Miami to meet him as I wasn't here when he came out the first time. But that very same day he forgot, so I drove 65 miles for nothing (I live in Miami). Then he finally came out yesterday, and now the quote is $24,500. Nothing has changed since January as far as the roof goes. I am ... speechless.

We had a leak in our roof and called and spoke with Oscar. He came out the next day, gave us a quote and had his men here the following day to fix the roof.

They were very thorough and they cut out the bad wood on the roof, replaced the wood, the tar paper and whatever else they put on a roof. Replaced our tiles and looks perfect. About a month later we had a leak in the same spot and called Oscar back and they came back out the next day to fix it.

This is 9 months ago and still no additional leaking.

Great service. We discovered the roof leaking into the guest bedroom. Oscar came out in a couple of hours and inspected and photographed the roof from inside and out. He identified the problem, provided a solution and cost estimate.

His crew showed up early and under his supervision and inspection efficiently and expertly made the repairs and cleaned up. He even provided before, during and after photos. The estimate was exactly the cost. A great company to deal with. E
