Oscar was very responsive, personable and helpful. When I reached out to ask if he could tackle the gutter project, he immediately responded, asked for pictures so he could give me a quote right away, and promptly scheduled the date he could take care of the work. He was very flexible with two additional projects I wanted to add on last-minute, which I appreciated. He communicated very clearly and was transparent with cost estimates to make sure we were on the same page. His overall demeanor is very kind, respectful and knowledgeable.

Oscar and his team are outstanding! We had a leaky gutter that wasn't draining. His team responded quickly, fixed the leak, and discovered why there was standing water. The gutters installed by our house Contractor made a terrible *ping* noise when it rained, and when I had enough, I found Oscar. He fit me into his schedule during the heavy rainy period, and his crew was efficient and courteous. The new gutters looked nice, but still made a sound that kept me up at night. When I let Oscar know about the issue, there was no hesitation to come back and fix it until we were happy. He didn't even charge us until the situation was to our satisfaction. Very pleased. Oscar replied promptly to my initial inquiry and stopped by to provide an estimate. Once I decided to work with him his crew showed up (early) and very efficiently replaced a section of gutter as well as cleaned all of my gutters and drain spouts. Great experience and highly recommend!
