I had a bad leak in my skylight during the atmospheric river in 2023. Eduardo was very responsive and was able to come out the same day to take a look at it. He was great about communicating what was wrong and helped evaluate that my skylight needed to be replaced.

Due to the storm, it wasn't possible to replace or seal the skylight, so he was able to tarp my skylight to save my kitchen from getting flooded.

I am so grateful I was able to be helped so quickly and appreciated how transparent Eduardo was about what it would cost to fix. I highly recommend using Oscar Construction for any of your roofing needs.

Had a bad experience with my solar company 2 years ago who improperly installed the panels on my roof. I had two companies come out and fix the leaks, but the problem persisted. After getting several more estimates to repair the leaks in the roof, I went with Oscar Construction. I must say that I could not be HAPPIER! Eduardo, the owner, was reliable, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and competent. He and his worker installed a roof lining that provided a permanent seal to my panels and redid the entire roof of my house. The past weekend we had the torrential rains and not one drop of water appeared anywhere!. Additionally, I was so impressed with his work that I had him do my balcony which extends from my master bedroom. He installed a roofing surface so water would not leak down to the bottom deck. He also installed a roof over my outdoor kitchen. I am writing this because I've engaged several roofers in this area, and none were as thorough, reliable, and affordable. Just for comparison, one company's estimate was $15,000; another was for $7000. Eduardo did the job for $3750. Eduardo, in my book, is the superior choice if you have a problem with leaks, need a new roof, gutters, cleaning, or any roofing need. I give him my highest recommendation!

Our Clay tiled roof needed cleaning as there was mold build up. Oscar team arrived on time as promised, inspected the roof and gave verbal estimate instantly, followed by an official quote, within minutes, from the company. On our immediate approval they started the job and finished on time. An excellent and professional job executed to our satisfaction. We definitely recommend their services to anyone.
