It's a few days before Thanksgiving and Hector and his crew of 10 (yes, he brought more workers to get-er-dun!!) came in on a Saturday and did the entire roof in one day!!!! Hector was on time for our estimate appointment, got on the roof HIMSELF to measure and gave us the most AMAZING quote. 30 year warranty on the new shingles. They cleaned up everything after they were through. Bonus points!! It's so hard in this day and age to find reliable, quality roofers, but ORTIZ ROOFING is number one. We got two other quotes from other companies, and although Hector and Ashley gave us the least expensive quote, I felt I could trust them. Ashley was texting me and sending me quotes and contracts for the permit daily. She pushed for the permit to go through, and it did in record time! Hector and Ashley built rapport with me and even looked up my singing group on You Tube after I mentioned that I was in a barbershop quartet called Ladybug! I even saw pics of their kids after I mentioned to Hector that I had two grown children. Do not hesitate to call them for your roofing needs and repairs!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! The roof is beautiful!!
