They had a public adjuster that worked on my behalf with my insurance company and I got the roof I needed! I'd had several other companies come out and do the initial contacting of my insurance company and then when I was denied I never heard from them again. But Ortiz Roofing actually MET my insurance company at my home and aided in their assessment which led to the insurance company approving my claim! They made the process seamless and put up with me changing my mind on the color -really patient and kind.

These guys are clowns. They claim to stand by their work and when you call they act like the stuff they fixed isn't the issue even after the leaks are in the same place. Stay far away from this clown and his crew of misfits.

I was in town for a brief period due to a medical emergency in my family when I found out my Mother's roof was leaking. I had no time to mess around and needed someone I could trust to do the job right, in a hurry, and without me being around to supervise. I got a few quotes but was particularly impressed with Mr. Ortiz. He and his team got the job done quickly and went above and beyond to make sure the roof was one less thing my Mother and I had to worry about, all at a fair price! Highly recommended!
