benrock S.After appraisal and signing the contract terms they never followed through with the job/communication. Multiple emails and phone calls to Sharon with promises they would return my call to schedule the job AFTER taking down my credit card info for the down payment and nothing. No follow up. Now I am stuck having to go through this whole process again with another company. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional customer service. The man that initially came to check out the roof was nice and courteous but after they got all my info it has been a horrible experience.
Felecia M.Ortiz Roofing came out and fixed my roof last year . Well the first rain this year, my roof leaked in the same spot and water actually leaked through into my garage. I called Ortiz to come and fix their work and honor their warranty with no success. I have had promises that they will come fix it, but no one shows up when they are supposed to, and they don't call to cancel or reschedule. Now I am having to pay for my roof to be repaired again!! Stay away from them!
