My 30 year old asphalt shingle roof was getting tired, and I was actually looking to install a metal standing seam roof, but I'm glad that Sharon showed me many options, including The Eagle Light lightweight concrete tile. Their crew started on a Monday and finished the following Tuesday. The crew was spot on time every morning, and at the end of each day cleaned up the entire site so that there would be no nails, construction debris, concrete dust, etc. My neighbors were very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the crew. They even helped to paint over the hideous lavender trim that my ex-wife had forced upon me years ago.

They came over and fixed my roof and the front of my home which was not part of the original insurance quote. I was told that they would file a claim and fix the rest that was on the original home insurance order. that would include inside a whole in the ceiling and and in the master bedroom where the roof was leaking. Needless to say I was told they were trying to get in touch with my insurance, took all the money, and never finished the job. The ONLY reason I even give a 2 is because they did the roof but again that was not all that was included in what the insurance wrote out. They found other stuff to fix, charged me and never called back my insurance company so to me this is insurance fraud.

Had an appointment between 9-10, they called said they would be late, 10:30-11:00. I said ok but needed to start my day on business if after 11:00. Well no show,no call so I guess they don't need my business. Not important to them. Don't get it.
UPDATE: THEY came by about 12:20 but was not home, doing some business, remember?. Told my son-in-law -law that I was sort of rude for not giving them my email!!!?
Wow 3 hrs late and I am the problem in all this.?? Maybe there is a reason I didn't give it out. So I guess I am suppose to call them because they made the effort to show up??ok how's that working for you?

I would go lower if I could. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for a Wednesday afternoon then receive a call Tuesday evening telling me how sorry they were for missing our appt. saying that their truck wouldn't start. We rescheduled for the following day(which was our original appointment date, but changed to an earlier time which was more convenient for both parties) between 12:00 and 2:00 but they don't show up until after 4:00. I sent them on their way, would not recommend!

Ortiz roofing company came out and did the estimate for tile repair and I had the estimate emailed to me the next day! They are quick, Efficient, and very knowledgeable! They answered all my questions throughly and didn't rush me. Thank you so much for all the hard work. I recommend using Ortiz roofing company!

I scheduled an estimate on a Friday to come on Monday, no one ever showed up or called. I called on Tues and after repeating my number 5x they tell me they can have some out at 11a. Again, Noone ever called or showed! Very disappointing!

Called and left a voicemail for an estimate to reroof my house on 12/28/2015. They never returned my call. Very rude business practice. If this is any indication of their reliability then I'm glad I didn't hire them.

I planned to have the eaves and fascia painted on my house, but in the process of having it pressure washed, we found some rotted fascia and roof decking. Long story short, after reading their advertisement in the newspaper, I contacted Ortiz Roofing and Construction, and I had them repair the decking; replace the rotted fascia; and remove and re-shingle the entire roof.
Work began almost immediately, the price was fair and I think the workmanship was excellent.
I'm very pleased with my experience with Ortiz Roofing and Construction, and highly recommend them.
