I had a roof leak and was looking for a company to repair it. I saw the high rating for these guys and decided to give them a call. They came out a week later and showed up two hours late. (no call to let me know) They inspected the roof and I was told there was damage under the shingles from the leak and they took pictures to send to their boss who would get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks later I hadn't heard from them so I decided to see where we were in the process. I called them 3 times, left two messages and didn't get the courtesy of a return call. No follow up whatsoever. I called another company that came out and inspected the roof and they didn't find any damage from the leak and was told that a couple of places needed to be re-caulked and that that was the source of the leak. They did the repair on the spot. It's a very well known company that's been here for many years. I couldn't help but wonder if Orozco was telling the truth. I couldn't get up on the roof to verify their story. I'm confident that the other company would have told me if there was any damage as they've been in business for over 40 years and would have seen it. The combination of no communication at all and the experience with the other company makes me question the integrity of Orozco.

Anthony was very communicative, his crew was extremely hard working and did a thorough job of cleaning up. Would highly recommend.

We had Tony and his crew replace all the broken Spanish tiles on the home we bought. They also did a TPO roof over our patio. They are competent, polite, and know what they are doing.. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Anthony and his crew demo'd and installed a new roof on my home last week. They were contracted through Sunrun, who we were working with to get solar. Anthony was so communicative in planning ahead and during the process. We were so impressed with how quick they demo'd our original roof and then put on the new roof- it took 3 days and our home is just under 1600 sq ft. The crew also took time to clean up any debris that fell drying the work. We actually had a contractor on site to install a skylight and he commented at how great the roof work was. He was really impressed with how well they sealed the roof around the skylight. Some wood panels had to be replaced and the crew repainted as well. It was so nice working with this roofing company for what can be such a stressful event. Highly recommend!

Tony and his crew were terrific. Tony came by for a quote beforehand - he was very professional, on time and did this on very short notice to suit my availability (thank you again). He immediately pointed out a few items that others had missed, and was transparent about options I had to manage the budget. His crew was efficient, really courteous and professional as well. I had to leave and was comfortable with handing them the keys to make sure they cleaned up inside because of the mess caused by my type of roof. They left the place well cleaned inside and out. Compared to others they're costs were extremely reasonable - they were all a delight to work with. Courteous, on time, and a reasonable budget with no gotchas. I'm grateful for them to accommodate my own schedule and provide me with daily updates, pictures and status. Just plain suberb, highly recommended!

Hard working crew, showed up and fixed three leaks in our roof. I was unable to get any Coast company (we live in Los Osos) to come out, but Anthony's crew fit us in, we're diligent workers and fixed our leaks quickly! I am so thankful for them!

We needed a section of our roof repaired and a few fascia boards to be replaced. We struggled with the ""recommended"" company in our area that initially came out. They strung us along for weeks with the quote, then became non-responsive, even after numerous attempts to communicate with them.

We found Orozco Roofing through Home Advisors and Angie's List. Our only slight hesitation, which proved to be unfounded, was the fact that they were out of area and our job was small. That proved to be a non-issue. In short, they were amazing! Responsive, prompt, thorough, and very reasonable. They went above and beyond. We are grateful to have found them and will use them again!
