It made the entire process simple and way less stressful only having to work with one company and having one monthly payment. I highly recommend this company!

Origin Solar called me out of the blue to offer a solar program that I was very hesitant on. After more discussion and going over the proposal with them I decided to do it. My system was installed in 15 days after signing and PG&E approved us to activate the solar 7 days later. We now have solar and our Utility bill is gone. I highly recommend using them.

I called origin to schedule an appointment for an estimate for solar. They got me scheduled quickly and were professional on the phone. The day prior to my appointment for today at 6, I received a phone call to confirm the appointment date and time. My fiance and I made sure to be home from work in time for this appointment. At 610pm, I called the number that called me yesterday to confirm. The gentleman that answered the phone was very unprofessional this go around. I introduced myself, and he stated he didn't know me. Lol. I then stated I had a solar appointment today at 6 pm, and it's now 610, and nobody has arrived. He then remembered who i was and said he would call the sales representative to get an update. 5 minutes later, she called and informed me she was in folsom and running late and asked politely if she could push the appointment back to 730pm. I said okay. At 722, she called me to say she was still in traffic and asked if she could reschedule til tomorrow. My answer was a definite no. Time is money and very precious. Sidenote. Their isn't a lot of traffic from folsom to citrus heights at this time of day. Overall, this was a very unprofessional 1st impression to this company. Do better, Origin! By the way, I believe the names of the individuals I was dealing with via phone were Mike & Alexis.

Update it is now June 2 2023 and my home has failed inspection once again by the City of Woodland. They have returned to my home to repair tiles left several still broken and Unfortunately, there has been no contact from the owner or manager to address the concerns raised. This lack of communication is disappointing and leaves us without resolution or the opportunity to address our concerns properly. Origins lack of concern for customer satisfaction has left me completely unsatisfied with the work this company has done.

This company is immaculate. I've been stressing about getting solar for my home for years now but they made it smooth and easy for my wife and I. I highly recommend this company, it's a very easy process and the install is super speedy. The employees are the best. I'm very impressed. Absolutely consider them!

They originally told me that they could include solar panels, new windows and a new furnace with the sale. After six months I was told by the city of Roseville that they over quoted how many panels they could install. They then told me that they couldn't include windows but they would include my furnace. Another five months later Blue Sky Energy called me and asked if Origin promised anything with my solar. I was then told by two different people that they would honor what origin said and get me a furnace since I have a newborn on my way. I now can't get a hold of anyone and they put one less panel than was agreed in the contract. Do not use either company because they are running a scam and probably won't exist in a year

We are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with everything about ORIGIN SOLAR USA except our experience with our representative. We paid $23,000 in full 5/10/21, Solar panels installed 6/10/21 & now it is 8/31/21 & we still HAVEN'T received any benefit for what our panels are producing.
We have discovered this company is not licensed to sell solar panels. The installer Blue Sky Roofing did a great job however they have yet to submit the correct paperwork for PG& E to give us credit!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I am really happy that an honest solar company has finally come along. They helped me through everything I needed and was very understanding of my situation. The cost was competitive and the customer service was as good as it could be. Happy camper!
