In an emergency, I contacted Orian Roofing to deal with a potential leak in the roof of a building I manage. We paid $400. The roofer came, broke up the spot and failed to seal it. Subsequently, I had four other roofing companies look at the spot and each one said it was not sealed.
I contacted Adam Sayas, the owner, multiple times but he never returned to seal the spot. After we paid $400, we had to hire another roofer to complete the repair.
I would not take a chance with this company.

After the last week's winds, I noticed a few shingles missing from my roof. I am aware that the whole roof needs to be replaced but at this time, I am not able to invest in that and just needed to fix the damage before the rains start to avoid the leakage. The business owner was very understanding and helpful in detecting which areas needed immediate attention. The work was done professionally, neatly and on time. I feel confident that my roof is in a good shape to weather whatever elements this winter brings. He and his crew are very nice people too! Working with Adam at Orian was a great experience! After getting several bids from some very well-known Roofing companies I found Orian to be the most thorough and honest. Giving us options no one other company even spoke of. They started on time and finished early!

As a church, we are always short on funds and Adam worked with our finance team and got the work done in a week. Shortly after the roof was installed we had some rain and found a small leak. A team was quickly dispatched to fix it and I could not be happier with the outcome.
