Optimal was amazing, and we were very happy working with them. We have a flat roof, and it was in bad shape. Sam came out and gave us honest estimates with various options. His crew was fast and clean. They did it all. They got permits, did wood replacement and touch up stucco and paint. Sam walked us through the whole process and always kept us updated. Sam even gave of before and after photos and videos, plus documentation that our home insurance needed. I would highly recommend Optimal and Sam. They were so professional and friendly too. Such great guys!

We went to California to vet roofing companies. After meeting with a couple, we select Optimum Roofing & Solar. They offered the best product for the best price.
In addition to the quality and price, time was of the essence. We were there for a few weeks and needed the roof to be completed before we left.
We signed the contract late Thursday. The roof was to have Owens Corning underlayment, ridge, and shingles.
The first step was to get a permit. We had the permit by Wednesday, and on Thursday, they started.
More importantly, we have a roof ac that had to be removed and reinstalled all within that tight time frame. The roof was completed on Friday. The Facia boards were completed by the following Monday. From start to finish 3 work days.
The roof is beautiful.

Our 30-plus year old ceramic tile roof had leaks so we contacted several companies for quotes. We received a few responses but felt like Sam and his team from Optimal Roofing and Solar submitted the most thorough and comprehensive quote. Sam used a drone to diagnose the issues and showed us exactly where we had problems. We decided to move forward on a complete roof tile reset/replacement project.

We chose Optimal Roofing and Solar because their pricing was fair, they have expertise in both roofing and Solar, and we felt that Sam was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Our statement of work included all of the work that was to be done (including completion target dates) and when our payments would be due. All permits and inspections were handled by Sam and his team.

The Optimal Roofing and Solar team did a good job of disconnecting our solar panels before they replaced our roof and reconnecting them upon completion. They were able to re-use many of our existing ceramic tiles and replaced the broken ones. They replaced our underlayment using high-quality Westlake tile seal instead of the cheap paper often used by other companies. Sam sent us drone pictures as the job progressed so we could see the work being done. It's very helpful to see their work progress without climbing up on the two-story roof.

If you need work done on your roof, I would give Sam and his team at Optimal Roofing and Solar a call. They will solve your problem in a timely manner within reasonable terms.

We had a need to have our roof repaired due to improper install of Solar panels that caused leaks into my home. I contacted several companies for quotes to repair my roof. Of all of the responses, Sam from Optimal Roofing and Solar was detailed in explaining two options. We chose to have the entire roof replaced. Sam and his team did a very commendable job is replacing the roof. All work was done within agreed upon quote and time frame. While the quote wasn't the cheapest, based on all of the extras already included in the price, it was the most cost effective for us.

If you choose them for your roof project, be sure they are prepared when they arrive to protect any area that may have debris from nails, wood pieces, and other roof material. Prior to the demolition, we had agreed for my garage to have tarp laid down. The workers began the demo prior to Sam bringing plastic to lay on my garage shelves. No major damage other than need to clean off shelves upon completion.

At the end of the 1st day, the crew used a blower to clean out our garage floor which of course as expected did not have plastic.

I hope I never need a ew roof again. However, Optimal Roofing and Solar would be my first company to contact if I do.

I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and I have never had an experience like I did with optimal roofing! Sam and his team did an amazing job evaluating the leaks I had right away and got everything fixed and cleaned up extremely quick! Their prices are definitely reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
