A tree fell on our house and did just enough damage to make the whole process a royal pain. Because the damage was not catastrophic, it was difficult to get anyone to do the work or even come out to look at it. But it was still pretty significant damage with about five rafters crushed along with part of the roof, and the whole line of gutters across the front of the house destroyed.

I called Optimal and they came out that day. The quote was fair enough and they set a time to come out and do the work. There was a slight scare with weather on the appointed day, but they finally agreed to come out as I had the power turned off for the work. They came out and got it done. Very good job. I'll certainly call them again when we need a new roof or the like.

Wow!! This company is amazing. I called them for a quote and they came the same day. They started the very next day after I went to work and when I got home everything was done and they were cleaning up. Very professional. If I could give them more stars I would.

Quick to come out for a free estimate and then the next day for repairs. They patched holes in chimney trim and replaced flashing. They offered to patch another hole and remove a large tree branch from our roof for free. I would definitely recommend!

Do not trust this company. They came out to give an estimate with the insurance adjuster. The company was suppose to come back out the afternoon to do some minor repairs on the ridge vents, shingles and replace piping boots, but they did not come. I called them and texted them and he stated that they would come on Thursday morning to fix the repairs, however, they did not come out on Thursday either. The next morning I received an invoice for repairs that they stated that did on my roof which was incorrect because I was home all week because of spring break. The representative stated that she would have the guy come out to show me and I told her nobody has been to my home. I would've heard the hammering of the roof as I did with the other company to come out to fix the repairs and I called Optimal Roofing to let them know that the repairs had been serviced by another company. The technician came out and stated ""no no"" my guys did your repairs and I sir no I was home nobody was on my roof. I have a witness and a video camera surveillance that I will not be paying for services that was not repaired on roof. I will be seeking an attorney to dispute the charges.
