After speaking with Rich Hoff Friday, he was at the house for a site visit the next day (Saturday) to make sure the roof was o.k., only to find clogged gutters which he helped unclog.

As a Realtor, Onward Roofing will stay the #1 roofer on my list. They are an excellent, honest and dependable roofing company.

It takes an exceptional experience to motive me to write a review. My experience with Onward Roofing fit that exceptional criteria. I contacted them to give me a quote for a new roof having experienced hail damage last spring. I wasn't sure if a metal roof or even a synthetic clay roof were possibilities. Bryon was incredibly patient with me as he reviewed my options, including photos and price. After a million questions, and Bryon's timely responses, I finally decided to go with a Class 4 shingle option. Their price was competitive with other quotes I received. Bryon scheduled a date and time for the job. His large crew arrived on time and completed the project in two days. The crew foreman, Trey, kept me updated and answered my questions on site. They covered my plants and pool in an effort to respect my landscaping. The cleanup was very thorough. Trey did a final walk-around with me, and only when I was satisfied was payment due. This company is all about customer satisfaction. I'm impressed!

Very impressed with Rob and his team at Onward. While inspecting our roof for hail damage, Rob came across a large hole under the eaves likely created by a raccoon or possum. Rob patched the hole without charge

We hired Onward Roofing to replace our roof after a hail storm earlier this year (2023). They did great work and ensured that we were satisfied. Rich did a fantastic job of communicating timelines and was very responsive any time we texted or called. He was also absolutely invaluable in working with our insurance company to make sure that there were no drops in quality between what we had and what was approved as replacement.
