Excellent experience! Co-owner Whitney is a dream to work with. During the initial appointment Whitney was in the attic and on the roof to show my husband and I the damaged areas, explain roofing products and begin scheduling. Whitney assisted me in working with the insurance adjuster to move the project along. The roofing crew was prompt, professional and pleasant to be around. After they left, the area around the house was entirely cleaned of debris. Our roof is beautiful and and the dark drip edge perfectly contrasts with the existing siding. We couldn't be happier! Fast, Professional, Competitive Priced and HAND NAILED

My roof started to leak during the Christmas break and Whitney was first to respond and first to come out. It was still raining so she got into the attic and quickly identified the leak. 3 other companies came and no one else could find it! A full inspection showed I needed a new roof and after comparing quotes, OnIt was the best overall value. They used high quality materials, have a great warranty and HAND NAIL, yes HAND NAIL the shingles. The cause of my leak and one of the top causes of all asphalt shingle roof leaks are improperly driven nails.

Project management was top notch, they fit me into the schedule quickly, communicated what to expect for material deliveries and timing, covered the landscaping and pool during the project and knocked out almost everything in one day.
