I've recently bought a used home that needed some small roof repairs. Given that it wasn't a whole roof replacement many companies were not interested on the job, luckily Onit roofing was. Whitney set a time to come checkout out the roof and even though I wasn't able to be home at the time she was kind enough to put pictures of the areas that needed repairs as part of their quote. Given the vast rain we have gotten in the last few weeks scheduling was not the easiest but they were able to come out as soon as weather permitted and got the repairs done. They did and amazing and prompt job and also filled out a roof evaluation that my insurance needed to continue coverage. Definitely recommend Onit roofing for their quality of work, promptness and customer service.

Some difficulty in finding company that handles tile roofs. Onit was one of the ones that would. They conducted professional, on roof inspection. Took pictures to show me what was wrong. Found nine damaged tiles, plus two roof jacks that I knew were leaking. Took longer to provide estimate than I expected, but estimate was reasonable. Price was 25% of what some others bid. Plus Onit said they could start quickly. Time from initial contact to completed work: 10 days. Completed repairs in a couple hours. Provided pictures of the repairs. I was very satisfied.

We contacted OnIt Roofing about replacing gutters and rotten fascia board, and Whitney came several days later to inspect the roof and give us a quote. She was completely professional and friendly, and took the time to thoroughly access what we needed at a reasonable cost. Her team was equally impressive, always arriving on time and always leaving a clean yard when they were finished. We had our new gutters and fascia boards in 2 days, just in time for the rain we're expecting. Great company to work with, and their superior quality of workmanship and outstanding customer service shows in the final product. We would definitely hire them again!

We had a roof leak and found Onit roofing. Game them a call and talked to Whitney(Owner) and we set up a time for her to come out and inspect the roof. After inspection she was able to get me a quote that evening and got me on the books. Her roofers came out a couple days later when there was a window between down pours and fixed the leak. They were able to find a couple more leaks(looking in attic)since it had just rained. Whitney gave me a quote to fix the rest and I gave the ok. They did a great job and no more leaks. I've had another roofer come out(before Onit) and tried to get me to replace the whole roof and the chimney cap. I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion. Thanks Whitney for your help!!!

I've worked with Alfredo and Brett when they worked with another firm. Now they are at Onit , which is a hungry, trustworthy, customer-focused, company that is extremely well run and responds to customers inquiries within minutes. They embrace technology, using drones and the Internet so I saw the problem with my roof even before Brett was off the roof. Alfredo fixed a slow leak on my roof I was having literally between rainstorms last week. Thanks guys! Satisfied as usual. Customer for life!

I had 4 different roofing companies out to inspect and make recommendations on my 12+ year old roof. This was the only!! company that found the issue! Whitney took the time to sit and explain every option, every detail of the work, and was incredibly responsive to all of my many questions even after our meeting. I chose them to make the repair and was pleased with the price and the crew that was sent to complete it. They also re-sealed all of my exposed nail heads etc. A month later, I had my hot water heater replaced and asked if they could come re-seal the vent. Whitney offered to do it for free since we had just completed the re-seal work. That is what I call amazing customer service! When it is time to replace my roof, I already know who I am calling.

Very knowledgeable and professional. On time with the roof work, was well done, and cleaned up afterwards. Could have been a little gentler with handling the heavy shingle packages while on the roof. I had a couple of small interior wall cracks develop because of all that extra weight on the roof, but most of that is unavoidable during a roof repair. I'm still waiting for them to get all the paperwork to my insurance company
