Good first impression but excessive charge for work done and left incomplete. Totally unresponsive to questions in spite of multiple attempts to resolve. Would not recommend.

i did not hire this company to do any work on the house, nor was there any permission granted for this company to be on the property- yet when i arrived home from work, there were boards and ladders on the front lawn and the gate to the courtyard was opened. no call was made or received asking if this was okay. they trespassed, vandalized property and thought, it was okay. this company does not, does not respect those around them and just does what makes it easy for them...
do not use this company!!!!!

The O'Neil Roofing family jilted us out of $5,000 for a faulty roof replacement in April 2012. Supposedly the 5 year warranty doesn't apply since Sr. has retired, and Jr will not honor his father's warranties as his father said he would. Family dysfunction anyone?! Not only did our roof cave in from water damages which they would NOT respond to emergency calls, but Jr. had the balls to LAUGH about our emergency over the phone! Now, we have to repair the roof and fix all the water damage to the ceiling and furnishings below! Thanks O'Neil family for jilting my 83 year old grandmother out of her retirement savings. I hope your retired papa can sleep well knowing that! JERKS!
