Came out to do an estimate. Didn't go in the attic or the roof, but was somehow able to write an estimate. Signed the contract, sent it to them, was told they were scheduling 2 weeks out. No call, no show. I text the guy that did the estimate, no reply.. I text again saying I'm going to cancel because I can't even get a call back, then he immediately replies and says it'll be the next Thurs/Fri. Comes and goes, no show.. no call. two more times of this and he says I'll call you in 40 minutes. Never called... and I finally call to cancel the contract and get their answering service.. and they don't even call me back. Been over a couple months now. Never heard back.

OneWay Roofing did NOT pay the supplier for our roofing materials when they replaced our roof, even though we paid OneWay Roofing for them. That is NOT The Way to go. Now we are being taken to court by the supplier and we will have to pay for these materials a second time. This time, we will pay the supplier. So, we have to pay an extra $5,000 plus court costs and the supplier's legal fees just because OneWay Roofing is heading the wrong way. Please do not use them or pay them for the shingles or tiles you choose if you are already have a contract with them.

I had the roof of my lania in Juno Beach, FL replaced and paid the bill in full 6 months ago, but oneway roofing never paid the supplier for materials. Now I have a lien on my house. I have contacted oneway roofing several times over the course of several months but they are giving me the run around. I even filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and oneway roofing lied in their response, stating that they just paid the bill. One month later, the bill is still not paid and I still have a lien on my house.

Honest people with fair price. Quality work. My wife has been working for this company for a few years. We've sent numerous friends to Oneway and they always do a wonderful job. Our friends always tell us that oneway did an exceptional job, gave them fair pricing, and went above the expectations.

I'm sure they do fine work if you can get them to call you back. They gave me an estimate and dissappeared. They wouldn't return phone calls or e-mails. Maybe the job was too small but that is not how to run a business.

During one of Florida's torrential downpours, my roof decided it was a good time to leak and my husband was out of town so I was on my own to figure this out. Luckily I called OneWay roofing and they immediately sent someone out to handle the situation and repair my roof. The service was exceptional and the prices were what they stated. I am very happy with this company and won't hesitate to call them for any future roofing needs.
