I reached out to them about getting a quote on my roof and got a call and email asking to set up an appointment for them to come check it out. I called back and scheduled for them to come by the next day at 8am. No show. Not even a call or email saying they can't make it or if they can reschedule. I get it if things happen but it's just common courtesy to let the other party know if you are unable to make it for whatever reason. Instead, I wasted my morning waiting around.

I messaged this company telling them that I have a roof leak and it was so bad that it caused considerable water damage to my drywall. Without even coming to the house, I received a response saying that they do not do repairs and won't come out for a quote unless it's for an entire roof replacement. How the hell do I know if I need an entire new roof or not? Obviously this company only wants expensive projects. Horrible customer service.

One Stop was contracted by my solar company to prep the roof for installation. They tore off the back of the roof and re-papered and reinstalled new composite shingles over the area. It rained 2 days after the install and no leaks. I was concerned because the roof tiles haven't been framed back around yet, since the solar panels weren't installed yet, but they did it right.
