I reached out to them about getting a quote on my roof and got a call and email asking to set up an appointment for them to come check it out. I called back and scheduled for them to come by the next day at 8am. No show. Not even a call or email saying they can't make it or if they can reschedule. I get it if things happen but it's just common courtesy to let the other party know if you are unable to make it for whatever reason. Instead, I wasted my morning waiting around.

I messaged this company telling them that I have a roof leak and it was so bad that it caused considerable water damage to my drywall. Without even coming to the house, I received a response saying that they do not do repairs and won't come out for a quote unless it's for an entire roof replacement. How the hell do I know if I need an entire new roof or not? Obviously this company only wants expensive projects. Horrible customer service.

One Stop was contracted by my solar company to prep the roof for installation. They tore off the back of the roof and re-papered and reinstalled new composite shingles over the area. It rained 2 days after the install and no leaks. I was concerned because the roof tiles haven't been framed back around yet, since the solar panels weren't installed yet, but they did it right.

One Stop Roofing gave us a very competitive quote, they weren't the highest nor the lowest. Sam provided us with the details of the job and they were able to meet our timeline. Mirabel kept us posted on the work schedule, she was able to secure the permit with the city and arranged the inspections so that there were no delays. The job foreman made sure the area was cleaned up each day. The new roof looks beautiful and really freshened up the curb appeal.

We ended up contracting with them seven weeks later to do the roof on our other property, and were equally impressed. We highly recommend One Stop Roofing !!!

We just had One Stop Roofing replace our 35 year old roof. We had several bids for the job. One Stop not only had the best price but they were the only company out of 4 bids that sat down with us and explained the entire process completely. Sam listened to our concerns and thoroughly answered our questions. Once the project began the team was on time each day. They did a great job and they actually really left our yard very clean and did no damage to our plants.
I highly recommend this company. They also completed a roof for our neighbor who also had high praise for them.
