If you have ever done projects to your home, price, communication and coordination and quality are almost always the top of everyone's list. One Stop Roofing is aptly named for the the aforementioned attributes, and our overall great experience working with them to replace our 30+ year worn down roof. Kennedy (Sales) was great & very informative and accommodating to come out, walk our roof and go over their preferred roof shingles product (Marlarkey). Pricing was very fair and beat the other 4 quotes we had received. Jenny (Coordinator) is excellent at communicating: from permit application, issuance, crew schedule and post-completion follow up. Humberto (onsite Project Mgr) was excellent to work with and provided a thorough explanation of our roof needs once demo completed. He provided pictures of special attention areas, and his crew are top notch! City inspections passed easily, both for the wood and the final. Thanks very much One Stop Roofing .

I reached out to them about getting a quote on my roof and got a call and email asking to set up an appointment for them to come check it out. I called back and scheduled for them to come by the next day at 8am. No show. Not even a call or email saying they can't make it or if they can reschedule. I get it if things happen but it's just common courtesy to let the other party know if you are unable to make it for whatever reason. Instead, I wasted my morning waiting around.
