Excellent company and honest people. I have a rental home that needed roof replacement. Requested quotes from Yelp and Sean called me within minutes. His follow through was incredible. Very next morning he went to the property and sent me a quote. With that quote in hand, I went shopping and was shocked to find how bad other companies are. One of them refused to visit the property to give a quote.
There was a potential issue/surprise and I called Sean. He agreed to a fixed price quote. Again very surprised and now skeptical. Thinking, is he for real.
Well long story short, I signed the contract, he worked it out with the HOA, got the permits and finished the job. Excellent results!!! And all this done just over the texts and phone calls.

I don't often post reviews, but my experience with Sean and 1Stop Roofing was so exceptional, I have to share it. He had the lowest price, and the longest warranty of all the roofers I got bids from. He supervised the jobs, and was always available if there were questions or problems (there were none of the latter). He was very polite and helpful with my tenants, and they liked him also! I have no reservations in recommending him for your roofing needs. I will have other jobs for him in the future.

I needed a roof inspection for insurance purposes. I received a response that Sean had availability same day. He came out, took pictures and wrote up an excellent analysis/certification that satisfied the insurance company. It was also the best price of the quotes I received.
