One Stop Roofers

I contacted this business regarding a small leak in my roof. They came out and said they would give me a call with a price and a time frame. they didn't call. I called them back and they said they would get back with me. Never heard from them again. I went with A & D Roofing and am super glad I did. They were great. One stop was worthless to me. I guess they don't need any business.

I will change my rating if I can find them, but I've been unable to contact anyone at One Stop and their message machine is full and accepting no new messages.

Does anyone know if they've gone out of business?

I need to find them because my new roof is leaking into the living room!

I first found out about One Stop Roofers when they did my neighbors roof. When I contacted them for my own roof needs, they made the whole experience quick and pleasant.  They dealt with my insurance company for me, but kept me in the loop every step of the way.  If I had any questions I could call/text my sales rep (Armando) and he would have an answer for me in less than 10 minutes.

I was 8 months pregnant at the time we started the claim and One Stop Roofers worked with me to get the job done BEFORE the baby came.  They were very understanding in my situation making sure the job was done in the 3 allotted days they promised, as well as keeping everything clean.  They lived up to my expectation and then some.  The workers were courteous, and at the end of every day they would clean up outside.  What was most surprising were the little details that they did on their own free will.  At the end of the job they ran a magnet around the whole house to pick up any missed nails, and also trimmed the tree branches that were hanging over the roof!!  It is the little things that make the biggest impact. They lived up to the job that they promised. I highly highly recommend One Stop Roofers if you live in or near El Paso.
