For more than 33 years, I have been involved in construction. Most of my projects have been in Wisconsin and Minnesota, but I have worked across 8 states. I led a crew to Beaumont, Texas, after Hurricane Katrina to support the community. I knew then that Texas would be my future home. With my child now independent, I made my way back to Texas just over a year ago, leaving the cold behind and enjoying the climate. I bring extensive experience and knowledge of codes from my work in 8 states. We are committed to going above and beyond for our customers' peace of mind. In roofing, we apply a starter strip around the full roof, including the rake, rather than just the eave like many competitors. Our practice includes using 6 nails for every shingle, surpassing the manufacturer's 4, and double-nailing the edges along the rake. This technique gives our clients confidence for many years.
