I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Ruben came out to look at the roof and give me a quote. There was a small pause while we waited for the rain to stop, but within a few days Ruben and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and set to work righting my roof. There were several problems that needed their attention and they were very professional and thorough. While they were working they created quite a mess on the lawn, front and back, but by the time they left, the crew had everything cleaned up and back to the way it was before they arrived. When the work was done, Ruben talked me through what they had done and showed me photos of the work that was done on the roof - both before and after photos. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their roof or is in need of a new one. And an added plus, they work with solar companies so knew how to work around the solar panels on my roof.

Ruben and his family have installed 6 roofs for my family and friends over the last five years. The quality of their work is top notch. They are very friendly, responsive and timely with their work. The finish product looks really nice and they cleaned everything up. On all of the roofs they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. That is not a given in the contracting world.

Additionally Ruben went to great lengths on my moms house to make sure that they developed a solution that would keep her warm and dry well into the future. I plan to recommend them again and again to my family and friends.

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center (DHHSC) is a non-profit organization that depends solely on Government Grants and the generosity of our benefactors. We are lucky enough to own our own building however, the expense of maintenance and repairs is always a financial challenge for our organization.
Our roof had deteriorated to the point of having to be replaced. Due to the lack of funding for such a major cost, we held a raise the roof campaign in hopes of procuring the much needed funds for this expensive project. Unfortunately, we were not able to raise all the funds needed.
Fortunately, for our organization; On Top Roofing came to our rescue. Not only did owners, Ruben Dominguez and Richard Galindo generously donate $20,000.00 worth of materials and supplies they went far above and beyond the call of duty. Not once did they ask for an increase to the original bid which they allowed us to pay in 3 parts making it easier on our budget.
Their promise to complete the roof in a timely manner with very little disruption to our business as usual was fulfilled even with the extra and unexpected work that was required. The quality of work was superior, all safety concerns were strictly adhered to and the workers were both respectful and hard working. At the end of each day, the entire area was cleared of all debris and left in presentable condition. The entire process was both unobtrusive and painless.
