I live in a ""zero"" lot community so it's tight between the homes. My neighbor used onshore for replacement of her roof. She waited six months and they finally showed up. They completely tore her roof off and used my property as their dumpster. Tried to speak to them and no one spoke english and boss was somewhere else! Can't believe a company that claims so professional for over 20 years didn't review permit and property lines with its workers. Wouldn't trust them with my property nor should you.

Hired these guys after Hurricane Irma damaged our roof on Jupiter Island. Ran into many problems with these guys. They damaged many windows with the cement used on the starter row and cap material on a clay tile roof. They damaged the landscaping and knocked down a tree. They carted the tree off with out saying anything, I suppose they were hoping we wouldn't notice. They left surplus tile on the roof and even left new damaged roof tile on the new roof. Their guys used a cement mixer on the grass killing patches of our lawn. Between oil leaks on their trucks and hydraulic fluid all over our brick paved driveway there was no extra charge for that to us. The rear patio and surrounding area had tar smudges all over. Parts of the gable were left with no treatment or flashing and bare wood is showing. That will rot in time. We tried to speak to the owner who knew of the problems but he didn't care enough to do anything about the problems. We still owe a small balance and get regular collection calls while they ignore the damages. We have no choice but to file a compliant with the state. If you use these guys hold a substantial amount for damages they cause. You won't have any luck getting the owner to deal with problems later.

We had a very minor leak after Onshore replaced our roof. After the deluge of springtime rain this year, the minor leak has grown significantly. When my husband called back in May, the woman explained that they were ""slammed"" due to the recent weather but that she would have an inspector out as soon as they could manage.
My husband waited a month before calling them back to see if we had been lost in the shuffle so to speak. He dealt with a different woman who assured him that she had our information on her desk & that she would get ahold of the inspector & get back to us. He's called a couple times since & still nothing. I would not recommend anyone use this company as they are unreliable.

I had my roof removed and replaced on the main house and guest house. I wasn't % happy, but the end result was very nice and I would use them again. It wasn't the lowest price but it was reasonable. I would recommend OnShoreroofing, but stay on them and speak your mind and in the end it will all work out.

My husband and i are so unhappy with our experience with On Shore Roofing. We paid for a new roof one year ago and over that year we had a terrible leak that was in our grandsons bedroom that we really don't go in much as he is no longer with us.There was water in the outside ceiling and now there is possible mold in the walls. They came to fix the leak after i had to call over and over again and again and my husband had to go there and the owner would not speak to him. To this day they will not return calls or emails as to finishing the job with a hole outside in the ceiling and water damage inside the bedroom. Stay away from this company if at all possible. Nothing but a headache and VERY unfair.

I cannot believe how terrible my experience with On Shore Roofing was. They are a complete scam. They will damage your house and then blame the damages on you. Even if you write in the contract that they are liable for damages to your gutter they will destroy your gutter and then refuse to pay for it. The owner of the company, Joe, actually called and yelled at me for 40 minutes about how I was taking advantage of him by expecting him to pay for his damages! He even threatened to put a lien on my house! Also, it took three weeks to get a final inspection by the city on my roof. Then they told me they would not get the final inspection until after I had paid the final bill! They demanded I pay for the job before they had inspected or they would put a lien on my house! The salesman, Tyler, is horribly rude and abusive. I have attached a screenshot of some text messages he sent to me to show how awful he is. Do not expect to get any kind of response from the office. They will continuously tell you someone is on a conference call or unavailable and that they will call you back but they will never call you back. I had to call them at least 40 times over the course of two weeks to even get to speak to someone with any kind of authority, who then just yelled at me on the phone And then literally told me what a terrible person I was and how I am an a-hole because I expected them to do their job and pay for things they broke. I repeat, they are a scam. You can see from the photo I attached that the salesman called me a ""piece of shit"" for refusing to make the final payment before the job was inspected by the city. Three weeks of abusive text messages and phone calls to get my job done right. They wrote in the contract that they would not damage my gutter, and then immediately toward off my house and told me ""it fell off"", then expected me to pay the $1000 to have it replaced! The salesman, Tyler, also did some shady underhanded carpentry on my roof and then told me I had to write a check to his personal account to pay for the carpentry repairs, then tried to scam me into paying extra to the company. He even tried to get me to pay him with PayPal!!! They kept pushing me to make cash payments instead of ACH bank transfers. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

These jackoffs decided it would be cool to steal my friend roof then claim it was the wrong house.... they then proceeded to not replace her roof and made her take them to court... what an absolute waste of a company

Onshore Roofing is a very dishonest company. Do not trust them. They had put a flat roof on the back of the house I bought and it always had ponded water on it. As much as 2 to 3 inches in some areas. I decided to replace my entire roof. I requested upfront to see my roof sheathing (plywood) under my old roof when they removed the roofing because I thought if it had leaked, they would honor their warranty. I didn't even know when they were going to start and when they finally did, I never heard from them until I received an email saying I owed them for 15 sheets of plywood they needed to replace on my roof. I rushed home to find that they had already covered the plywood with the membrane material so I never had a chance to inspect the old plywood for leaks. I think it leaked under the portion nof the roof they had done and rather that honor the warranty, they charged me extra and covered up their problem. Don't use Onshore Roofing!!!!

RIPOFF ALERT!! On Shore Roofing agreed to match the price of a competitor. We gave them a deposit of almost $7,000. They sent us to their supplier to pick out the material for the new roof. We went to THEIR supplier and picked out a standard metal roof. Later on we got a call from On Shore saying they would need to charge us an additional $10,000 for the roof. We told them that was not our agreement and we asked for our deposit back. Joe Kolinoski, the owner of On Shore said we either had to pay him the additional 10 grand or lose our $7,000 deposit. Anyone doing business with this company needs to check Joe's criminal record first.

Our experience with on shore was to say the least horrible. I'll start with the one good thing, the people that came out were polite and efficient. We began what I thought would be a quick fix, but turned into a nightmare. A job that took 3 trips to finish was started in February and did not get completed until June 20th! The excuse was always they were waiting on the tiles or we need to come look at what kind of tiles you need. It was a vicious circle. When the tiles were finally brought here they couldn't be put in, because construction work needed to be done first, hence more phone calls. The construction was completed and we were told the tiles would be put on the next day. A week later I called and was told ""we are just waiting to make sure the roof doesn't leak"". I said it hasn't leaked in 4 months. Once again I was told they would be out the following day. Another week goes by and finally the job is complete.
