Our roof was old, hurricane-damaged, with many peaks and valleys. Omar was well recommended by close friends, especially how well he worked with the insurance company we had. Jarrod, his roofing crew coordinator, made sure his best team worked on our roof. It was a huge job. I feel we now have a roof with premium materials and better ventilation, that should outlast us as owners. Omar is trustworthy, has many other useful services for a homeowner, and operates locally out of Stafford. I will likely use him for other improvements.

We recently had our roof replaced by O & M after a hail storm. Mr. Omar (company owner) was able to work exactly within my insurance company's estimate, with high-quality roofing materials that were equal to or better than what we had before. Mr. Omar is easily reachable on his mobile phone and quickly responds to questions via text message. His crew was on time, very polite and completed the job with great efficiency over an expected 2-day period. Also, their clean-up was impeccable! I'd highly recommend them for any roofing job.

First I used them to replace my roof and the service was excellent!! Referred them to 4 family member of which they replaced their roof! So I thought I would use them for the Texas winter storm redo of my bathroom. My main concern is that they replace hardwood floors in my bedroom and I have been trying to have them fixed since July of 2021. He came out 3 months ago...cut out a piece of wood and found that the glue is still wet, aftee a year! Omar will not answer my calls or he will text and say I will call u back and he does not or he might respond to you, just to passing you for another week or so, to buy him more time to ignore you. I bought the wooddloor, but not the glue!! I have my receipts.
He is taking that he did not buy the glue either. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO AND WE agreed to 2 resolutions. .. I have called, texted...can not leave any messages and this is all to no avail. There are so many items that his guys messed up, broke and did not do properly. Roofing...he was great...but construction...for me it was a horrible experience. It is his lack of getting back with you and trying to help to solve the issue. I do not want to go to court...yet that is where I am headed.

We recently had our roof replaced by O&M Construction. Omar visited with us and told us exactly what would be done, worked with the insurance appraiser personally and gave us a detailed estimate. The crew that did the work were fast and efficient. They covered our pool and flowerbeds with tarps and finished the job the same day they started it. The clean up was very thorough and complete. Our roof looks fantastic! We would highly recommend O&M Construction.

In December 2021 we had O&M Construction Services install a new roof on our house due to hail damage and we are extremely pleased with the experience and quality of the work. Omar (the owner) was friendly, very knowledgeable, carefully walked us through the entire process, and worked with the insurance adjustor to qualify us for a claim. He provided clear explanations to my many questions.  At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Omar knew which options of shingle were acceptable to our HOA and guided us on which would look better. We chose Majestic Shake and it has improved the appearance of our house. The installation went quickly and professionally and was done on the agreed schedule. We are very happy with the roof and the overall experience and highly recommend O&M Construction.

Omar & his crew did a fantastic job. Roof replacement was finished in 1& 1/2 days. The one thing that impressed me the most was how clean they kept the area around the house while working. Omar also worked with my insurance to provide the right & timely information to get the claim approved. I highly recommend O&M.

This company was referred by Allstate using a service called MADSKY; a nationwide business that is supposed to simplify the repair process by utilizing a local contractor who bills the insured for the deductible only and paid directly by the insurance company for the balance ( wouldn't recommend them either; don't think they vet their contractors ). Well, it's BS. Omar showed up the following morning after the reported damage after a fallen branch from a windstorm impacted against the side of my house. He inspected the damage; said he would have tarp placed over damage soon as the tree branch is removed. He didn't describe the extent of the damage except that it will need '4 squares' of roofing. He said he would report to Allstate and I should hear something soon. That was 8 days ago. Not a word from anyone. Called Allstate; no report has been filed. Tree branch removed. No tarp; I took care of it. Pretty much ghosted me. Found someone w stellar reputation in the community to do the work. Now I gotta wait on Allstate. So much BS !

This last week we had our roof replaced by O&M Construction Services. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Omar was incredibly kind. He was quick in contacting the insurance company. He followed up promptly to let us know where our claim was in the process and he followed through on everything he discussed. The team he sent to work on our roof were hard working, and they did a very thorough job. My husband is very particular and he was extremely pleased with all their work. Thank you everyone who worked so hard to help us get a new roof!
