The company takes on more jobs that they can complete. As a result, we've been living with damaged roof and open ceiling for ten months, and counting.
They also made a mistake after completing water test and reporting the roof being fixed. However, the next rain proved them wrong.
The company had never came back to fix their mistake. The next available appointment they offer us is the end of December or January, 2024

STAY AWAY !! A family member hired them to reroof their home. They admitted they didn't get a permit - only to have one appear when they got into trouble for it. They did a lousy job on the roof and were hesitant to fix problem areas at the time of reroofing. They wanted them to sign and notarize a form to obtain a final inspection in order to get the rebate from the DWP (funny cause they admitted they didn't have the first inspection (after the sheathing was installed) because they didn't apply for the permit because they said (in writing) that it was a small job ! They have been admonished by the Contractor's License Board. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS.

STAY AWAY! Olympic did my roof a few years ago and with the drought in Los Angeles it didn't rain for quite some time. Well when it did finally rain the roof leaked SO badly! When we removed the tar paper/shingles we found that OLYMPIC HAD NOT PUT A WOOD DECKING ON THE ROOF! The roof had been put directly on the frame of the house and the bare insulation. Also, it is a flat roof and they had not even put an angle on the roof so the water could flow off. Oh and they also used nails that were way too long and so the nails came out through the ceiling and the overhangs of the house!!! This is completely devastating since I now have to pay even more for a new roof and to correct the damage o the interior of my house.

I discovered an installation issue with my recently installed new roof.
I am very happy with the roof and the expert crew that installed it. However, several of the newly installed attic vents were not working properly. The roof was not in any jeopardy of leaking, just the hot air in the attic was not venting out well. I phoned Patricia at Olympic Roofing, she sent Vincente the next day to inspect. He agreed the vents needed to be reworked. The very next day his crew was on the roof taking care of the issue. I commend Olympic Roofing for standing behind their guaranty.
I am 100% satisfied and recommend them to all.

Recommended. I got three quotes, all recommended similar treatment to my roof and two of the three gave me options (like covering the existing single layer of shingles vs. complete removal and re-roofing).

Olympic had the best price and their reviews were good, so I chose them. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because they accidentally broke one of my windows. They sent someone to repair it - which he did perfectly. Everyone makes mistakes and they apologized and fixed it as quickly as they could (a day or two). If I could do 4.75 stars, I would.

Most people don't want to spend thousands of dollars on something like a roof or a new driveway, but it's a necessary expense and it's great peace of mind to have a brand new roof over your head.

I absolutely highly advise to stay away from them. Beyond reasons not known to meet my HOA still continues to use them. My roof leak in 2011 in two different areas. They repaired it but it leaked again in 2012 in the same exact locations. In January 2017 they claimed that they were on my roof and we're working on the flat portion of the roof and replacing the roof and repairing. This work continued through February 2017 but on February 18, 2017 I had a massive leak again which they claimed my roof was completely replaced with brand new roof in June 2017. Then in March 2018 I had leak again for the 4th time in same exact spot which destroyed my flooring in my house which I had to replace. They claimed they had fixed it but then again I had another leak again in the bathroom and the foyer in Jan 2019. Despite knowing about this leak I suffered another leak in February 2019 and in May 2019. It's doesn't take 4 months to fix one's roof. I had three different expert roofers and contractors who all told me that the work done was extremely poorly done and below standard industry. I had so much damage to the stucco work that it had to be done as well. Now because of their negligence I had to spend over $50,000 in internal damages because of the continuous leaks over the years. Do yourself a favor and if you want a long lasting roof stay away from this company

This company has been in business for decades, and with very good reason! The roofers are seasoned professionals who know how to tackle the simplest and most complex tasks. Olympic Roofing recently re-roofed the flat roof on my 1920s home, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they tackled some problem aspects including bad previous design where my chimney meets my roof. My crew was led by Raul, who had Joel and Angel with him. These guys were nice, highly responsive to my questions, happy to show me what they were doing, and went out of their way on the clean-up to even use a blower to clean up my adjacent yard, and my neighbor's car in his driveway. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Even though it was just an estimate and no work has been done yet, I was very impressed with this company and they way they fit me in during a busy day. The inspector named Bing was awesome and professional. He even skipped lunch to come out to Hollywood and get our estimate done! Very customer oriented company can't wait to get the estimate and see the quality of work they can provide thank you!

I first used Olympic Roofing in 2001 to replace our entire flat roof. They were prompt, neat, efficient, and guaranteed their work. They did an excellent job, Fourteen years later, our flat roof needed some fix-up work, including portions that needed to be raised to improve drainage and resealing duct work, open seams, and skylights. I'd say that is an excellent record for a flat roof in the hot San Fernando Valley. The bulk of the roof was still in excellent condition from 2001. The crew this time was just as prompt, neat, efficient and pleasant as the first. I could not be more pleased with their work and highly recommend them for anyone in the area.

Calling them today (17 years later) to ask for a representative to come to our house and advise me on a problem, I was very pleased to find them still in business and eager to help me find a solution.
