Fantastic experience start to finish. Milton is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to roofing and his crew did a wonderful job. Simple, easy, said what needed to be done and they did it. One phone call is all it takes and Milton handled everything. All I had to do was pick out the color shingle I wanted and that was it. They did a great job removing two layers of old shingles and installing the new ones. If you are in the market for a new roof make one call to Oliver Brothers, that is all it will take.

I bought a house that Oliver Bros installed a new roof in 2015. When our tenants moved in in May, they found that the roof was leaking at the fireplace to roof connection. I called the company and got the owners wife and she said that they went out and inspected the roof. It was discovered that the flashing was coming off the fireplace rock face. With water leaking in and interior damage getting worse with every rain... I was getting impatient waiting for a call back.
I finally spoke to the owner and he said that the problem was the flashing and not his roof. As a retired builder, I know when I am being fed a line of BS. The integrity of the flashing is part of a quality job. Any way they said it would cost about $300 to fix the problem and that he was not going to do it. I said, that's not a way to win over business.

He said, ""I'm 56 years old and am retiring in 6 months and don't care what reviews you want to give me"".

Don't expect any warranty from Ollie. He'll be long gone.

I had called several places to look at a window leak caused by roof runoff and vinyl siding. I was having problems getting anyone to return my call. A co-worker recommended Oliver Bros so I called them up. Turns out Milton was in the area and came out and addressed the problem. Great service.
