This review is long overdue, back in September / October of 2022 Geronimo came out and looked at the damage i had to my roof and addressed the issue much quicker than I thought they would.

Old Town Contractors just completed repairing several leaks on our roof. They were the only contractor to immediately respond to our call during the recent crazy rain storms and schedule an inspection. They came out on time, presented a reasonable price and explained the process, returned as indicated to do the work and did an even better job than expected. This is the first time in a long time I can without reservation recommend a company. Geronimo Mercado is your man if you need roof work done.

Don't waste your time with these guys!!! They are very unprofessional! I had an appointment with them last Thursday afternoon. I went home early to meet them but was told they couldn't come due to delay of another project. So we rescheduled to this morning. No one showed up. No call either. Better to find out early than late. Move on.

My roof started to leak over the garage during a pretty bad rain storm. Reached out to Old Town Contractors and was able to speak to someone immediately. The same day Geronimo came by to look at my roof and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. Fortunately he was able to schedule the repair the very next day and the work is completed in about 4-5 hours. I'm so happy because the weather was calling for rain storms the next 3-4 days and I can't imagine what would have happened if the repair didn't happen promptly.

Thank you Geronimo and Old Town Contractors. Really appreciate how fast you got the repair completed. I would highly recommend if you need to get roof work done.

Just had a new roof installed, you won't be disappointed! This company was reasonable and efficient, excellent job! The complete job was finished in two and a half days. Now we are just waiting for some much needed rain.

I can not say enough good things about Geronimo and his company. They are honest, punctual, clean, and VERY RESPECTFUL. Geronimo was the point of contact. He always was fair and listened to my concerns and what my ultimate goal with the repairs were. His son and brother were the main workers on my roof. Both were incredibly nice and helpful and were able to answer any and all questions I had. The worked very hard and long hours to make sure the work got completed in a timely manner, even when I added a few extra things to their bid. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofing company. Thank you guys!

These folks did a roof down the block. It looked good, so I called them. They responded that day, and had a fella in the neighborhood who was able to give me a quote the same day. All looked good, so decided to give them the contract. It was a about 6 weeks before they could start, but they got the roof done in 6 days. I had a lot of dry rot, skylights, vents - everything handled. They handled the permit and inspection, so I really didn't need to do anything (except listen to nail guns for days!) One thing that impressed me was that they clean up around the house everyday before they leave. Courteous guys, prompt and professional sales & office staff. Fair price. I definitely recommend them.

Geronimo and Old Town Roofing was referred to us when we had a leak recently, and we are so happy we went with them. They were prompt, efficient, listened, explained everything well, took photos, and did a great job. They replaced all our vents, searched for leaks, repaired damaged areas, and replaced roofing tiles. They moved us up when they had a cancellation, which we really appreciated. The estimate was reasonable, and they were professional. We would hire them again.

We had several leaks during a storm and Geronimo came and did a quick fix to stop the leaks. Once the storm passed he returned and did an entire roof inspection. He showed us the problems and quoted a cost. He did a great job - no leaks during the last storm. He also went above and beyond and did work on the vents. The final cost was exactly what we expected. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I have used Old Town Roofing a few times now and have always found them to be wonderful. I have worked with Geronimo and he has been very responsive, always shows up when he says he will and returns calls in a reasonable time. After we had 6"" of rain late last year I had a leak in my roof. I called him since he had done great work previously for me. He was at my house later that day and quickly identified the source of the leak. He was able to cover it in plastic so no more water could get in until he was able to come back and do the repair. When he was back the following week I had found another leak. He was able to fix the first leak and we scheduled him to come back and replace all the vents on my roof as they were causing the problems. He also removed the tile and replaced the paper in all the valleys at the same time as well as replacing cracked tiles. My roof is now in great shape thanks to Geronimo.
