If you ran a roofing company this is how you'd do it. No door to door, no annoying calls after a storm. They are there when they say they will be and honest on what they find. They show you photos and explain what cause it the damage and if it needs to be fixed fast or can wait. They give you the direct number to your insurance claim and tell you what to expect.

After a recent storm came through my husband and I were left with some small damages to our roof. Old pro had good reviews so I thought hey why not give em a call.

When I tell you, this company was very responsive, had great customer service and was just amazing they were. They were able to call back within 24 hours and after Scott came out to give us a quote for our house we thought it would be another day or two before some contractors came out. NOPE! He said the contractors would come out soon. Next thing I know I here someone on my roof within probably an hour. I was thinking wow, that's speedy!

Old pro seems to contract out to a third party of sorts for some of their jobs. It wasn't a problem with me at all, but there were times were communication wasn't clear about payment/who are we to pay. Anytime we got confused we just called Scott and/or the contractor that was hired for us and was able to receive a clear answer on our questions. It seems that the contractor and Scott was definitely on the same page throughout the whole job. They were pretty profession and was very convenient. I'd definitely use them again and recommend Old Pro.

I cannot recommend Old Pro Roofing. I first called them on 1-15-2018, less than three months after they put on my new roof as it was leaking, repairs that stop the leaking were not done until 11-4-2018. They tried many times to repair, replacing one or two shingle here and there that never did fix the leak until a major repair was done. They made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't repair this leak, sometimes implying that it was somehow my fault, but the roof they replaced was the same type of material that has been on my home since 1995 and it never leak. I think the new roof they put on was not installed correctly. I was not at all satisfied with the quality of work done on my home. Although the roof is not leaking at present, I paid for a new roof where all the shingles should be the same color, that is not what I have now due to the repairs. In my opinion, they did not use reasonable care and skill when they carried out this work and only wanted to do it the cheapest way possible. The leak also caused damage to one ceiling in a small bath. On 1-14-2019 Old Pro sent out someone to repair, but these repairs were not acceptable, just a non-professional patch job, the color was off and didn't match the remaining part of the ceiling, the blow pattern didn't match, and he made a mess of the room. He was in and out in less than an hour. In my opinion this was just plain poor workmanship, just like the repairs done on my roof, it was done poorly, cheaply, and without any regard to making it right.

I had a class 4 roof installed at the end of 2016. The company was fast on the install and did great work. Insurance handling took the longest time (about a month. No fault to Old Pro Roofing). The yard was cleaned up and it took about a day on my 3-2-2 house. In 2019, I thought I had a small roof leak. They came out the next day and ran a water test. It turns out the caulking around my chimney had worn away causing some water seepage. They didn't charge me for the visit and roof check. Joe from the company did a great job keeping me informed of the situation. I really recommend this company for your roofing needs and they stand by their work!

My in-laws recommended Old Pro Roofers so we called them for an estimate. Very professional! Unfortunately the massive rains we got held them up which is not their fault at all but once the rain let up they did a wonderful job putting on our new roof w/ ridge vents in 1 day! The gutters they had installed look great too! They fixed the ceiling sheetrock that had fallen thru the living room & even fixed the addt. Hole the a.c. guys made & wouldn't take responsibility for! (Another co. Did the a.c. work NOT affiliated w/ old pro) I would highly recommend old pro!

We had our roof and gutters replaced earlier this year. Ruston Reagan with Old Pro Roofing helped file the insurance claim and met the adjuster at our home. I was happy with the price and completed job. Their gutter subcontractor did a good job as well. I took out two other quotes and although one was lower I did not feel confident in that company. One quote was significantly higher than Old Pro. Ask for Ruston Reagan.
