So glad we chose Old Fashion Roofing to replace our roof. Not only did they give us the best price but also the best service. Jose, the company's estimator, took the time to explain the process and did a more detailed inspection of our roof than any of the other companies. Billy, the owner, even dropped off a sample of the singles on a Saturday. The crew members were all very polite and friendly. But, what impressed me most was the way they meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day, not just at the end of the job. In fact, I think they left our yard and patio cleaner than when they started. I heartily recommend Old Fashion Roofing!

When the landscapers tore down my old patio cover, we discovered that it had been improperly tied into the roof, causing water damage. I got a bunch of estimates for patching or replacing my asphalt shingle roof, and the pricing was all over the place. Billy impressed me initially by how quickly he came out to give the estimate, and then again when he pointed out an issue on the addition that none of the others had mentioned. The quote was very reasonable, and Billy found a way to work with my tight schedule (since the landscapers were waiting on the roof to finish). The tear down and re-shingling were quick and efficient, and the new roof looks great. In addition to replacing damaged wood, the team also installed fascia board in a couple of areas where they were missing. After the work was done, Billy came back to check everything and make sure all the little details were taken care of. I feel like I got great value for my money.

Old Fashion Roofing did a terrific job. I had at least one cement roof tile that needed to be replaced before a Patio cover being installed would make accessing it difficult. Billy setup an appt. Jose arrived on time, inspected the roof and replaced the damaged tile. All very professional and quality work.
Would hire again and would recommend to friends.

It took me several months to find a roofer and to complete the removal and replacement of my two-story house fascia board. This company had completed the roof based off of our closing documents. I was skeptical at first, but in the end I had a great experience. What I truly appreciated and liked about this company is that Billy, the owner, is very hands-on, responsible and good with follow up. He came to see the actual job that needed to be done, gave me an estimate and came to check on the completed work to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He also made time to come back and fix every loose end. Clearly he takes ownership and cares about every project detail he is responsible for. Billy is not a salesman. He is very straightforward about the actual work that needs to be completed and also making sure that the work is completed correctly. Thank you for helping me get through this project!

I love my new roof. I do not have pictures but I am sure if I did and posted them all would agree this is a beautiful roof! Old Fashion Roofing was so professional and Billy Rae was so personable. I did have to wait for them to start, but that's because of their very active business. I dealt with Bambi and she was wonderful whenever I had a question.

Old Fashioned Roofing Company is the most professional business I have dealt with in a very long time. From their initial appraisal to their final clean up, every step was efficient and completed with the utmost respect for my time and property. They follow the rules, knowing about up to date codes to keep your home safe and cool. Every single day, they cleaned up after themselves to allow my family to use our home in the evening. They completed the job early and on budget, which was substantially below the two other bids I received...substantially, meaning 25% below one of them. Do not hesitate to hire these folks, they are Top Notch!

Had a roofing company come out and give me an estimate and told me I needed a new roof called Old Fashion to get another bid and Ethan came over.. gave us a comparable bid and then told me I didn't need a new roof ..that he could make some minor repairs and I could get another 5 to 10 years out of my roof...it was refreshing to have someone honest....so they made the repairs and I couldn't be happier about the money I saved ....I can't say enough good things about Billy and Ethan at Old Fashion Roofing..

Called Billy and company to get a quote and they were quite a bit cheaper than my old roofer I had used and recommended for years. ( I'm a Real Estate broker) A family run business that tore off the old roof and had a protective layer down in one day! They installed a very nice high quality roof Borel light weight tile. Plus they added a button system and additional layer of product designed to make the roof even more efficient energy wise. Billy Snow owner is hands on stopping by often to insure the job is going well and asking if I had any issues or concerns. Finished product is awesome. I live in a sort of upscale area of Fletcher Hills and have had several neighbors comment on how classy and nice the new roof is and who did it. I can't recommend Billy and company enough!!

Billy Ray and Ethan provided a fair quote and clearly know roofing. Some other quotes we received, did not include the ""cool-roof"" required in my area (Jamul) and the amber resistant vents. Old fashion roofing gave me the best quote with the correct materials. The work was done within 4 days and they cleaned up after themselves. I already referred him to my friends!!
