Odyssey Roofing and remodeling has given my old home new life. Odyssey is reliable, sincere, honest and dependable. Odyssey has helped me in many circumstances and I will always call them first.

They not only do Roofing but any home remodel. The best thing is that Mr. Sonny uses his same people for his jobs. He never subcontracts out any work. That is rare.

We used Odyssey to fix our roof and he built my mother's house. We were very pleased. But they did not give us our roofing certificate. We have called and called. Now he does not answer his phone. We have to pay 450.00 out of pocket to get one. And my mom too.

I was happy with them when they originally finished the partial remodel of my master bath, but here we are 9 months later and I'm having to pay to get others to to fix the damage caused by their less than sterling work. Odyssey left me with two leaks: one from poor grout work and failure to seal the grout that lead to water going under the floor and into the adjacent guest bathroom. The bottom of that wall and the baseboard had to be removed not only because of damage, but the plumber had to go into the wall to locate the leak. It took two visits from plumbers to find that the leak was the grout, and then took a few days for Sonny to send someone out to repair the grout. He worked quickly and sloppily, so I had to clean up the tiles afterwards.

The second leak was a leak from a weak seal in the shower glass. Luckily, I could fix that one pretty easily.

Getting Odyssey (Sonny) to send someone out to fix the wall, however, has been a nightmare. Promises to text with an arrival date are never kept, so I've had to repeatedly reach back out to him, only to have him say he can't tell me when he can send someone until later. I've had to hire someone else to fix my wall.

So BEWARE! Service ends after the job is done, and if there are problems that follow (and based on the quality of their work, their could be), good luck trying to get them addressed in a timely manner.
