In 2005, Kayvon Homayoun established Harland Property Management, concentrating on residential and multi-family property management. As the company grew, he saw the demand for reliable construction and maintenance services, prompting him to secure his general contractor's license in 2020. He then founded Octo Property Services, and since that time, we have successfully completed over 3,000 projects, serving clients like Zillow, Curbio, OpenDoor, and other management firms or real estate stakeholders.
