In 2005, owner Kayvon Homayoun launched Harland Property Management, specializing in residential and multi-family property management. As the business expanded, he identified the need for dependable construction and maintenance services, leading him to obtain his general contractor's license in 2020. He went on to create Octo Property Services, and since then, we have accomplished over 3,000 projects, providing services to clients including Zillow, Curbio, OpenDoor, and other management companies or real estate stakeholders.
