I had the pleasure of working with Alex. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. He went out to the property the next morning when he said he would and sent me pictures of the damaged roof. He was able to write up an estimate immediately so that I can present the proposal to the owners. He gave us a very fair price and was able to do the work the same day. We had a leak in our roof that caused water patches to appear on our room ceiling. Alex from Octavio Roofing responded quickly and was very good at communication via texting. That was something I really appreciated. He was able to come out the same day the request was sent through, got on the roof and sent me pictures while being up there of what was causing the water to seep through and eventually form spots on the ceiling. He was even willing to come out the next day (Saturday, Christmas Eve) to do the repairs. We settled on Monday (the day after the holiday, which most people take off). So we were grateful that Alex was willing to even come out that day, before the heavy rain week was going to start.
Alex came out promptly Monday morning, did the repairs, and even sent me the before and after pictures of his work. Alex is a hard worker, very kind and a great communicator. I would highly recommend him and his company for roofing repairs you may need!
