Did a great job roofing my house. Listened to all my concerns before starting. Finished promptly in three days. They went the extra mile.

They attempted to repair a leak in the roof. Roof began leaking within a couple months of the repair. It was pulling teeth to get a hold of them, at the end of our phone call the owners son told me ""next time get a warranty dude"" and hung up on me.

Did they get the roof done FAST? YES! After going to the wrong address first and they started to take the roof off of someone else's house!
Are they kind? YES! To your face.
Do they care about the mess they make? NOT AT ALL.
Does the owner care? NOT AT ALL.

They offered zero communication for the people living in the home about the kind of mess to expect. They did not inspect the interior first to determine where there were spaces for the dirt, debris, nails, shingles, wood splinters to get in. They should have covered the interior where there would be potential mess coming through OR they should have warned the owner about this so things could have been moved out of the spaces where there would be a mess, PRIOR TO THE JOB STARTING.

There is a huge mess of debris, wood splinters everywhere in the garage, where all of our sporting gear, laundry, arts and crafts, toys, beach gear is. It's in EVERY POSSIBLE PLACE in every opening on every surface... and the company did NOTHING to resolve this. I have children and I have found approx. 40 nails all around my home. The people that were so NICE, ASSURED ME over and over that they would clean it up, and they DID NOTHING. They finished and left. So they were being ""NICE"" to my face was just to shut me up.

Absolutely shocked by the way they DIDN'T try to resolve this, I personally spoke with the owner and he said he would be in touch and I have heard nothing from him. I have to empty my entire garage and go through EVERY SINGLE THING to clean it properly. I will do that at this point, but I will also share my experience.

Did they do a good roof installation? I am not writing a review on that, I do not know.

But from a mess standpoint and lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.

This company re-roofed my house 4 years ago. They took off the old roof and went home without covering the home That night it rained through the ceilings and ruined my carpet, drapes, an expensive Egyptian cotton couch plus other couches, upholstered chairs and expensive end table lamps. Even the ceiling lamps and speakers leaked water. The acoustic ceiling fell down and had to be re-plastered throughout at my expense. Even today the lamp boxes, wiring, plaster walls still and carpet still show signs of rust and stains. The company reduced their cost by half to compensate for my losses and repair contractor labor. Definitely not worth it. I should have sued them for damages to restore my home and furniture.. After all this time the contractor never checked on the condition my home was left in or if I had any remaining issues resulting from their carelessness and lack of concern for my property. There are more efficient roofing contractors out there for the same price.
