It was an absolute pleasure woking with Ocean Seven Roofing! I called them up because the foam roof on my residence was in bad need of repair and a new coat of foam. Ron came out to see my roof and give me a bid. From the moment of meeting him, he gave me confidence that the job would be done right, and gave me an estimate that I thought was reasonable. He gave me so much confidence, in fact, that I had Oceans Seven do three of my buildings with older foam roofs.

We had been experiencing quite a lot of little pernicious leaks through our flat duplex roof in Los Feliz. After doing much research on the various types of roofing repairs or replacement options I called Ocean Seven Builders for an estimate. Mr. Mor came within a day and gave us his assessment, sent me a video of these observations and what his recommendations would be to affect a proper and lasting repair. He suggested a foam respray and gave me a bid. The options we explored were from just repairs to the problem areas, to a full tear off and replace using a conventional torch down roof and the foam spray method. Mr. Mor was very forthcoming with the way our roof would be handled, describing every step of the process to our satisfaction and gave us a proposed project start and completion dates. These dates were weather contingent but whenever there was a delay for any reason Mr. Mor communicated with us. There were building specific architectural details that needed to be respected which he acknowledged and was willing to work to make the finished product look as it had before the project's start. Mr. Mor was very communicative during all parts of the project, from going through the work contract in great detail so that we felt comfortable hiring Ocean Seven Building to do the job. Communication is key to all projects and Mr. Mor did not disappoint us in this skill. I'm looking forward to trouble free rainy seasons for years to come. We can recommend Ocean Seven Builders for all your roofing needs.

Before I settled on a roofer I did a search. I had 4 people bid on the job. The first three insisted that I would need to scrape the old roofing materials off before putting a new layer of foam on my roof. The bids were astronomical. Ron suggested pressure washing the old roof, re-priming it and foaming over the remaining good foam. His way saved me over $15,000 from the lowest other bid. The quality is great. During the last heatwave, when it was 104 outside, I never even turned on the AC. Just a fan was enough. I am amazed at the before and after. Better results than I expected. Thumbs up.
